I really do appreciate the podcast part. I feel like that’s where so many people, especially myself, get stuck. Social media definitely does take a toll and I never post. But it’s the comparison of myself to other people, feeling like I have to do something so I can look like I’m doing good or I’m always up to something. I never allow myself to just be and I appreciate Aaliyah for giving that reminder. Finding that peace, serenity and oml REST within self is amazing but her being able to show that through her art is just on a whole new level.
