I want to send my deepest appreciation for this meditation. I often return to this for my inner child work and to release shame. It has been so impactful. Day 6 • The regrets that popped up stemmed from my insecurities and the lack of trust in others, by placing these insecurities on them. Placing my fears onto others is not love. • Lack of trust is not love. Lack of trust is fear. I forgive myself. I forgive others. I trust myself. I trust others. Peace and Love. Namaste

thank you for this..as soon as you finished asking us to think about a time... I burst into tears and cried like I haven’t cried in some time about a transgression in my life that took place, now...almost 20 years ago, and while it does not consume my thoughts, nor come up that often, I do believe there is a soundtrack often playing in the background regarding what I think that transgression “said” about me. I so appreciated your guidance and encouragement to accept and let go and i DID feel lighter, even before you used those words, i felt it. thank you.
Today’s meditation practice has probably made the biggest impact on me so far. Teared up a bit once I starting saying I forgive myself. Thank you Breathe and Flow. Namaste.

Hello and thank you for this program, I am really enjyoing it. I wanted to ask if anyone of you is also experiencing very vivid and chaotic/random dreams since they started this meditation program? I also have been waking up at around 2/3 am for no reason and fall back to sleep. Never had this a few days in a row. Thanks and have a nice day!
hey friends - any reason why i sometimes get a tingling feeling in my face after meditation - is it from the way I sit? I usually do it in Siddhasana or Hero ?
I m on the 2nd round of this program and continue following ur movemnt videos and breathwork but when i starte meditation after asanas and pranayam i am not able to brethe freely during meditation so i cant focus on breathe regularly my throat start paining so what i need to do..😒😒 kindly plz reply and help me
