Three years ago I made the decision to buzz my hair off and it was the most liberating experience of my life.
I only told a few people including my brother, Jake aka Box, who helped buzz my hair. I can’t thank him enough for his part. What a cool experience to share with him.
This video is the actual documentation of it. Also included is my parents’ reaction when I surprised them right after. They were shook! Especially my mom.

Your brother did an awesome job shaving your hair off 🥳I have done it so many times I lost count..lol"over a 6 yr period "😂😁Everytime is different in a way but it's always liberating . Best of luck on the growout ,that's a real challenge in itself ..I usually go a month or two and then I can't stand it and shave it all off again.😅✌🏻

it def is ,esp now after I bleached it and colored it grey with purple 😅😂👍🏻I'll leave it like this for a few days and maybe bleach it one more time , color it pastel pink 👉🏻Then it's buzz time 😁🤘🏻@@jessicaaallman

Could talk about how to not care about others opinions? How to truly stand by your decision? even though there’s people on a daily basis staring at you or making unncedary comments about your hair. Thank you! I’m struggling with that 😢 really feel insecure when I’m in public and I always feel observed 😓

I’m sorry you’re struggling with this and I also understand 💯!! What’s helped me is knowing that we project our own thoughts/opinions/insecurities outward and that’s what we see in our reality. Take baby steps and work on loving and accepting yourself as you are. Everyone struggles and you are not alone. I can definitely make a video on this. Sending you love and peace 🙏🏻
