I used to work at Nando's and can confirm the 10/10 magic happens when you experiment with the menu. I would smash a pitta with hummus + peri drizzle with avocado and halloumi inside. Or a beanie wrap with coleslaw. When it was staff food you could literally hop behind the counter and chef up your own creation. Actually shoutout Nando's for those vibes because loads of highstreet restaurants are funny with staff food but they allowed it. big love x
This is actually a really good way to challenge anxiety - like literally this is something my therapist would tell me to do (lol). Look up Exposure Response Prevention. The key is to ask yourself what you think will happen and then go do the scary thing, helps your brain realize the worst case scenario isn’t always that bad and often isn’t what happens.

You should try and make a cheese toastie in your air fryer, they’re incredible! You can also use it to warm up takeaways, do it for a max of 5 mins and it’s like it’s fresh!!

Thinking of all the things we did when I worked at Harvey's serving Swiss Chalet in my high school days... We used to make poutine with Chalet sauce (vegetarian) instead of gravy, make Shirley Temples, basically Chalet sauce on everything (fries, pilaf rice, mash, baked potatoes, potato wedges), epic sundaes, no-burger burgers (cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, hot peppers, mayo on a bun)...!

Grace, Ramadan starts this Tuesday... please can you do a video exploring the reasons for Ramadan, trying fasting for a whole day (dusk till dawn) and breaking the fast with traditional Arab foods (id recommend trying dates with thick whipped cream in place of the stone/pit).
