Long story. Essentially you need 100 Curse Spikes (Forbidden, Tri-Face and their Cards). Then use Siren's Tool RF ability to refine them into one Dark Matter and use it on Quistis. She'll instantly learn Shockwave Pulsar.
Best way to farm curse spikes is actually on this map, tri-faces can be found Pretty often here, just mug and defeat them, just make sure to do it BEFORE fighting the Ultimate weapon because after killing him, there will be no more enemies on this map.
she has pain killer… while she was healthier than everyone everything..! it causes.. it looks like fun when earthquakes coming but wasn’t ..! she was good enough to waiting on pain killer… it means her toxicity is unlike only be abilities to “beat” …

@volvariella Luck is important but actually it is Aura spell that makes the damage two times greater. If Ultima Weapon uses Light Pillar it is game over, so I had to try a few times to record this video. Attacks are random so nothing can help you.
@TheyCallmeTayLoR95 Rinoa can do WAAAY more than that with meteor wing. Irvine can do some easy fast damage but... why do you need to get all the ammo for it? Quistis isn't really needed for damage (while early game she's amazing at it) she has white wind/ big guard/ bad breath.
@majdo007 Does the fact that it didn't use light pillar have something to do with your high luck stat? Also, does Hit stat have a role in blue magic damage?
I remember the first time I took on Ultima Weapon in FF8, it knocked out two of my party with light pillar before I could get a turn in. Had just enough time to get the surviving character to use a hero drink and it got a bit easier from there.
Shockwave Pulsar is such a cool move. Sadly it's outshined by Zell, Rinoa, and Irvine. Who can deal more damage than the max damage of this move. 32,672 being the max for it. Which is only about 3 hit's of 9999.
Zell's is based upon getting enough time to do more than 4 attacks, and requires multiple inputs. Rinoa is consistent when you set her up right (70k per turn meteor). Lionheart is inconsistent unless you're under 10% HP and have Aura (but Renzokuken's attacks more than make up for it). Squall/Quistis/Rinoa is the highest damage party with minimal effort. Although, Irvine can do over 200k damage a turn with max str and luck and level 4 crisis.
Irvine has finite ammo. Zell's is the longest and most tedious. You can't control Rinoa's directly unless you make her a meteor slave. And you only have a 25% chance at a Lionheart each time with Squall. Selphie is all or nothing.
Irvine however can push out more damage with normal ammo, which by the SeeD funding. Is eaisly affordable. Zell can defeat Omega weapon in a single Duel round if you're fast enough And Rinoa is stronger by utilizing Angel Wing + Meteor. Really the damage reliability of Shockwave Pulsar has the benefit of hitting multiple targets. Which can beat other targets though. I'll give it that.
but it was side effects when she had a magic from a copied.. meant her boss was la .. who did to her to fight with powerful.. can even fight for victim.. but magic turns back on “can off herself as canceling idea from head master
@@patrickfarmer215 huh, I knew crisis levels determined several factors (zells timer, irvine's timer, squalls odds for lionheart, selphies spells etc), I didnt know it effected flat damage for Quistis.

@TheyCallmeTayLoR95 For Irvine, Quick Shot = 120,000 to 200,000 damage if you can get in about 40 hits. Zell's Booya, Punch Rush (Armageddon Fist) can go well over 1,000,000 if you get a full "12 seconds" for the timer and if you're fast enough. Rinoa also has Meteor Wing = about 50,000 - 70,000 per turn.
Damn how does shockwave pulsar break the damage limit? I thought the only two moves to do over 9999 damage is GFs Cactuar (at lvl100) and Eden Edit: speaking of which.. cant believe you forgot to draw it from ultima weapon
@TheyCallmeTayLoR95 irvine had AP ammo (and pulse ammo but that was rarer and did the same damage) that would do 30k to 80k 10k per shot depending on time
I didn't think max HP was essential. Besides Quistis was leveled without those strength/vitality etc bonuses so her base values were the worst among characters.
You have to get 100 curse spikes (malboro,tripod on island closest to heaven, equip rare item ability!). Level 100 gf siren with tool refine ability will change it to 1 dark matter which learns shockwave pulsar. I'm not sure but probably this chocobo game can get you also dark matter.

Ah I see; you paid him off beforehand to not use Light Pillar, and in return he lowers the video quality to pre-NES graphics....costly but in the end worth it.
shockwave from the anger comes out by muscle & bad breath from heart attack it might be not angel fairy. Original quistis she has limits break, black magic, blue mage make her feel tired that why she saw sometimes she went down or just rest a bit & stand up beat again
