I love the shallot reworks but I feel like this part of the update is just bad and unnecessary. Not only is another progression system annoying to grind imp but people are mostly going to use it to make the top units more overpowered and kill defensive viability even more. I might play through the Anni but I’m most likely quitting after that

Ultra Black is the first character that I'm upgrading. And don't worry guys I don't use Black in PvP, he's my favorite character and unit but I know how annoying he is(i even feel offended that people use him just to spam his blue cards rather than trying to fight first)I just want to enjoy my God without disturbing others(the problem is that PVE content is so dry and boring). For PvP the red Rosé Goku Black with supports and the LF Black Zenkai buffed will do just fine. But man the only reason why I hate this update is that once again we have to upgrade all the characters that we use and is gonna take so much time and is annoying. Back to when new level caps were introduced in legends. I never wanted another upgrade system and Toshi can take it back. For now I'm just gonna upgrade Ultra Rosé Goku Black and android 21 good and call it a day and simply begin to patiently grind to upgrade the others
His upgrade doesn’t effect PVE. only offline modes where u don’t face characters. U can tell by the ways cards look, online they stay the same and in story mode u can see the level of ur strike cards.
might i suggest one just for the funs and the lols, if ur not working on someone like UGB or something, could you try a lvl 99 UL ssbkk?. since this could possibly help him out alot, just a suggestion tho :D
Come to think of it... equips are more usful than this ... Think about it... 15% of 148,000 is MUCH grater than 13000.But the Maps are crazy!! The best one is Robin Base. (Flash back of getting shafted for 35K for beast ... and still didn't get him)

@@PlayyBox ok, thanks, will keep that in mind But since not even ultra hit has dropped (he probs will before Anni) and then ultra VB will only be at end of Anni, and not gonna spend on anything else, will probably have about 100k CC whenever they drop, may buy a few more premium missions packs, and then can get at an 8 star rose and at least a 10 star VB, plus with zamasu, and then I'm set with what will be one of best 3, if not best, teams in DB Legends when ultra VB releases Really hope UVB is Red btw, so Rose can cover for him, also fits his other teams too
Card art boost should have been on certain character that arent bad engouth to get a zenkai but arent good engouth to be played, would have been like a cool mini zenkai
