I’m an Ipswich fan because of Liverpool, I loved Liverpool when I was younger (still do) First match I went to was when Liverpool beat Ipswich 6-0 at portman road and after that continued going to Ipswich to watch games.
@@jamiewright3901 Liverpool always used to get dodgy pens against Town when I was a kid. Used to hate them because most of my friends supported them (from north Essex?!). I don't mind Liverpool at all now.
@@modernfootballisrubbishi’m too young to remember that probably I was only 9 when Ipswich were relegated, but it certainly seems since then Liverpool and Ipswich have had such bad decisions go against them for the longest time
@@neilemms5831 That's the reason I put it on; It has to happen sooner or later. It was a free ten pound bet. We hadn't had a penalty this season, so I had a winning bet on that.
They keep underrating Ipswich. For me, Ipswich Town have been the most impressive side in this division this season. Everyone expected Leicester to perform like this or even better, so it's no surprise. At this level, they're anything but underdogs. But Ipswich? They're a revelation! They should just be consistent and keep the ball rolling, literally. They'd shock a whole lot of doubters and naysayers.
EFL have missed 6-7 of our chances, scoreline makes it look like a close game. Referee was Sunday league standard. Decent turnout from Swansea, you came here to play
Interesting day for Taylor. His foul leads to a free kick where he then adds the hockey assist for Swansea's first, follows up with a thunderbolt shot for the equaliser, then end up earning the match-winning penalty...
@@JackSmith-kp2vs I couldn't connect with any other team since Bielsa left, unfortunately. The ownership model in the UK makes it hard for me. I remember how we thrashed Newcastle back then and now they play in the UCL.
@@JackSmith-kp2vs Well, there are countries where the clubs are owned by the fans and the president and board are voted every four years, depending on their performance. There is no accountability in the EFL.
I'm a Town fan and Swansea weren't dirty. They played an entertaining, attacking style. As did we. It was a good game (though Town missed at least 3 great chances not shown here)
Every week Hutchinson the brightest spark for Ipswich. Laying 2-3 easy chances on a plate for his teammates every week and they're missing the chances horrendously.
All fans complain like that, don't pretend they don't. However, we were not given soft decisions yesterday. Had a goal disallowed for no reason (if it wasn't a dodgy decision it would be in these highlights), same goes for another penalty shout.
How in the world was it a pen? Please. You were crying last week when Plymouth striker went down at full pace and now you are trying to pretend that Taylor flew to the ground because of some arm contact? The same arm contact that happens on every corner, in every football game in England. Also, the Broadhead dive is a yellow.@@S16353
