I really do think keeping your daily chest for the end of the day is way too overrated. I mean it really is a method to have more essence than usual but it is so little I don't think it is worth doing for pretty much anyone. You get +3 (in average) essence/d per 5 afk stage. Let's say you clear 50 stages per day (which is more or lest realistic I think, tell me if I'm wrong). You get 8 hours total per day in daily reward chests. It equals +10 essence per day with the chests (more or less +1 every 5 stages). Math (not hard but to explain and yes it looks dumb): essence per 5 stages*5 stages cleared(here 50 stages total so 10 5 stages)/day/3 cause 8h is 1/3 of a day = 3*10/3 = 10 If you clear 50 stages a day you get +10 essence waiting for the end of the day to claim.

​@@hugochristen8214 I truly apologize with point 2. So what you're saying is true except that you have missed the part where it's 12-14 hours per day instant rewards and not 8 hours (don't forget the instant 4 - 6 hour rewards you claim from afk stages depending on if you've unlocked the extra claims). If you're endgame then this is like min maxing and you barely get any essence extra out of it or even nothing extra if you have completed all afk stages currently in the game but early game is a bit different and worth pointing out. So in the earlier stages of the game you don't just get +3 essence per day every 5 stages, as a matter of fact you start out with stage 0 with 800 essence per day and stage 50 is already at 1335 essence per day so that's a huge 535 essence difference. This huge boost does stop at around afk stage 60 and from there on it's averaging +3 essence where if you don't want to min max then no need to wait anymore. But definitely a waste if you don't wait and clear some stages before you claim it if you're completely new to the game. I understand it doesn't matter that much but in this video I just wanted to point it out since hero essence can be a bit hard to get and worth knowing, it is however my bad for not pointing out that it's min maxing and not giving a huge boost. Maybe in the future they can increase the amount of essence per 5 afk stages with new seasons and content and then this strategy is more viable even for players that don't care to min max but only time will tell.

​@@exilerj I agree with everything you said. I just wanted to point the fact that it is extreme min maxing (although one of the only ones in the essence department). I understand that ways to min max in this game are lacking/too inefficient which is why point 2 is such a large portion of the video, I'm just putting this out here so people can realise the real value of it. For the early stages it trully is a good point tho. I forgot about that bc I streamlined through it casually and really quickly too so I didn't look at the daily incomes at the time.

Hi, it's quite rare to have a problem with exp books more than with essence so most guides doesn't cover it. To get more exp books you can do arena and spend a few diamonds for even more entries, you will get more exp books regardless of winning or losing and the higher your rank, the more exp you get. Other options depends on you but open world enemies and chests gives exp books, instant afk rewards and noble path(season pass) also gives some exp books if you still have to do those. Lastly dream realm but only the first few difficulties will give some exp books and you're already 230 so I doubt this one helps. That's about all I can think of right now, hope it helps!

@@exilerj Yeah I see people with so many exp books but I didn't know how to get that many, it's been holding me back since ab lvl 200, I'll try the arena as much as possible since I've killed all world enemies. Thanks man, I appreciate the time you took to answer
