It's a little more complicated than the simple mileage formula used for free riding, and you might be asking what earns more experience points? Free rides? Or workouts? By the end of this video, you should understand exactly how workout experience is calculated and you can make that determination.

Block at Zone 10 XP per min
Free Ride Block 5-6 XP per min
Interval sets 12 XP per min
