Spoiling me with more content with Dan. I love listening to him. I always learning something new from him. I like how he seems to bridge the gap from a researched and very scientific standpoint on things and can make it simple enough for normal people to understand what they need to do.

Almost hard to run a 12 or 13 minute mile. Is that just for 1 mile or holding that pace. I bet I can run one mid nine to 10 minute mile. To hold that pace for 5 though. No way. I just finished 3 miles and I’m holding an 11 minute mile pace. Doing my first 6k in two weeks. Is that legit that slow that I’m going to be at the back of the pack.
