Why not have just left it and let the rain settle it out. Throw some grass seed out on it and let it go. It would pack back together after a few rains and just a few weeks
Good question. The owner didn't want to seed it. There are small children, so we didn't want to leave tripping hazards. The dirt was just a little to moist to work with, but timing was not in our side. Plus, the home is on the market and the owner wanted to get it as level as we could. Thanks for watching!
