Thanks, Ray, for another great video. Let me ask you this: 1) If you click pause account on payment fail, does that trigger a warning email? Could you establish how many days until the account is paused if payment is not received after the first payment attempt fail? 2) Is there a way to create a plan that turn off all features? The reason I ask is that as you know, there is a minimum charge that HL requires saas owner to charge the subaccounts which is $97. Now, as you also know, there are 3rd party apps for highlevel that integrates with it as white label and that you can charge whatever you want per month for it. What I figure is that if you turn off all the features of highlevel and use it as a shell for the white label app, then, more than likely you won't be bound for the MAP and be able to charge whatever you want per month for the 3rd white label app, but for this, you must turn off all highlevel features inside. Hence, the question: could you turn off all features if you wanted to, such that on the left sidebar the only thing visible is the custom menu link of the 3rd party app? Would it be possible for you to verify that? Thank you! Really appreciate you.

Thanks for watching. For #1 I do not see anything about notification email you can customize but I feel there is definitely a notification that the agency would get for failed payments even if its from stripe. For #2 You can create a plan with basic features but through saas there are certain features you can't turn off. If you want to make it a regular account you could create a user account and then turn all the access to features off and make them just a user. I have never tried that so you would have to. Thanks again for your question.

As it relates to offering a free trial is there a separate free trial link for each plan? I didn't notice a free trial link in the configurator

There is no link. There account just won't be billed until after the trial period is over. That way they can cancel their account with out having to refund money. Hope that helps.

Hey, is it possible to setup SaaS on usage only, for example I charge them X to start and then the subscription is really only rebilling costs and nothing else.
