I was able to buy the item for pick up at the store by a miracle, and an hour later it was cancelled and told it was out of stock and due to a system update. People shared that the store had stock and purchased it themselves and that the staff were hoarding the items to sell them online for profit. Disgusting practice, horrible management, online and in store actions and mismanagement beyond comprehension, robbing people of money, time, sleep. I drove 5 hours to try to get to the store after staying up for nights on end since that disaster on the fifth to be faced by such utter unprofessionalism. Absolute disgrace. And then offer us free shopping for an item in the future. Get real, I understand customer support is being blasted right now but this has to reach someone responsible so they realise this massive screw up and acknowledge it was just a horrible shameful failure of an attempt to boost numbers of accounts. A collection like this having five pieces in each OF THE FIVE stores in an entire continents. Shame Just shame on a conglomerate to pull this kind of stunt on people
