I just tried this. After the 7 min of staring at the middle of the screen, when I stood up, feeling kind of dizzy, I turned around twice, and when I looked down, the floor seemed to be getting farther away/getting smaller, I slowly went on my tippy toes but didn't feel like I was levitating.
