I do know the British Officer who handed over the “keys” of Jerusalem, which was called the Land of Palestine, though there are no Palestinians, they are in fact remnants of tribes that are the listed enemies of the ancient Israelites, such as the Hittites, Assyrians etc., that Officer was a Believer in God and Christ. However, correct that many of the others political leaders were atheists, and, what many do not realize is that other than orthodox sects of Jews and Messianic Jews/Christians, the bulk of modern Israelites are indeed atheists and white pagan, much like America wirh materialism, gender fluidity and rampant homosexuality. This is never addressed by the modern Church. 🙏🏼 We are, however, commanded by Jesus to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. The Lord always seeks SPIRITUAL peace, peace with GOD. I therefore believe we are to pray for Jerusalem itself, for Jesus wept over it that they knew not the Hour of His visit, for all “jews” to come to know Christ Jesus as their Messiah, for all the world to know Christ as Lord and Savior, and for His Kingdom to come, as He states. I pray for the Ethiopian Jews who I believe are the true remnant, who have been feverishly gathered into Israeli borders this last decade, IMO, in order to annihilate them. Satan seeks to steal, kill and destroy anyone connected to Jesus Christ. They also may hold the true Ark rather than the replica Solomon made. Israel is the most “Vx’d/Boo-sTED” Nation in the entire world. And we know the after effects of such. We know also that Jesus shall step upon the Mount of Olives, splitting it in two. I personally believe that the entire world fights over that small portion of land, because the spirit of antichrist wants that territory. Why? Perhaps because the garden of Eden was built underneath the Mount of Olives…Jesus’ sacrifice cleansed the very place where the original sim took place. To be clear, Israel is used in the context of your discussion to refer to the faithful ones who obey the Word of the Lord. Those who were disobedient and broke the Sinai covenant were considered as Gentiles and removed from the land (some would return via the New Covenant as in Jeremiah 16.19 - read chapter for full context). See also Isaiah 1.10 who referred to them as S0dom and G0morrah. This shows there is a spiritual vs fleshly Israel - not all Israel is of Israel (Rom 9.6). Without the New Covenant they are still considered as such, hence Rev 2.9, 3.9, 11.8, 17.5,18 etc. Peace in Yeshua Jesus.

@@cl230 I will explain, why I make this claim. The Jewish scriptures is written by Prophets. One could only be accepted by a Prophet through the Sanhedrin. Paul was never accepted as a Prophet. Everything that is revealed and explained through Prophets never goes against the teachings of the Torah. Paul his teachings goes directly against the Torah. Paul makes the claim, the only way you are saved is through the grace of the Messiah. Nowhere in the Jewish scriptures is such statement found. Paul makes the claim the Torah was just a helping tool, but in the end its a curse. This goes directly everything Jewish ever written in the scriptures. Pauls letters are denied, not cause of home writing letter, but because his teachings were never accepted as true, and do not line up.
