Like most humidifier reviews they don’t provide cleaning feedback. I’ve owned multiple humidifiers and the most important feedback one can receive is how easy it will be to clean. Between nozzles and nooks/crannies that can be impossible to clean, these are deal breakers in my decision making.

Good pt! This is easy to clean because of its design. I have tried majority of the popular humidifiers and this is my top 3 alltime for ease of use. With any of these tanks, buying a long bottle brush makes cleaning much easier.

It's easy to clean with peroxide and the included brush. That said if you are using distilled water (which you should in any ultrasonic humidifier without exception), it doesn't get very dirty so it is a pretty quick spray down, wipe down, brush down. Takes me about 10 minutes max if I want to be really thorough.

The review I watched on a different channel also put that as the number one factor and in their review they listed the levoit as number 1 on that feature alone which is why I’m looking for more reviews of it.

I love this unit but, for the love of God, DO NOT ever use tap water in this thing. Absolutely, positively, used distilled water, especially-especially if you have folks that suffer from asthma in the house. Otherwise, your air is going to be littered with microscopic particles that are in the tap (or spring) water, and you are going to breath it in. This is not healthy.

This humidifier confuses me The air in my room is dry as shit but the humidifier says it'd like 75% so when I set it to auto mode it will not turn on because apparently humidity in my room is really high. Is the sensor broken or sth?

Thanks so much for the review! Can you please clarify whether or not it is required to clean humidifiers for first time use? If so, what does this require? (Hopefully not the whole shebang! 🥵)

It's always a good idea to clean it before use. I use antibacterial dish soap and water. When I clean it after use, I use vinegar first to remove the hard water stains.

The auto target temp is not so accurate. It never turns on/off according to the set temp. Any advice? Thanks!

Hi! Have you tried setting it on the app instead of on unit? The humidity reading is +/- 5% normally. Let me know and we can try to figure it out as I use mine every night.

@@TheFrenchGlow Hi, That's where I setup the target temp, on the app. I set mine on 35 and when the display read 30 it did not activate the humidifier. Thank you for reply!

It has to be within a range. It won't be to exact % but have found to be very user friendly and convenient. It is what is in my bedroom.

Can the Smart Humidifier be used without Wifi? My wife is sensitive to EMFs and we only use our wifi on occasion - when needed.

Yes! This one works great with no wifi.

Bullshit. EMF sensitivity is a completely fake condition. With the amount of EMF that is ever present, no way she could ever get away from it no matter how hard she tried. EMF is produced by the power in your house too. Any cord is giving off magnetic fields around it so unless you power this with like coal or something then you will have EMFs. Also the device doesn't produce EMF from wifi, the wifi itself which is presumably already there for you to be on the internet is what causes it. Go watch the episode of Better Call Saul where his brother is found to be imagining his EMF sensitivity

Hi! Did you try the filter? If you have white dust, it's usually related to how hard your water is more than the humidifier. I use this next to my bed every night and never had white dust
