AHHHh,another methode of Taping Tibialis anterior,buti gonne try......but its amazing how MANY different methodes of taping there are(which 1 is correct?)for Tibialis Anterior(Chronical compartiment syndrome/Loge syndrome)...i hope when i am true my 4 rolls of tape i have find a way that will help with my chronical fackt up Tibia`s o yeh if you thinks i bullshiting look at different video`s taping methodes -tape from high to low(knee to toe)OR from Toe to Knee -tape with NO stretch or tape with little OR much 70% stretch -tape with foot pressed down,OR tape with foot pulled towards yeh.OR foot pulled down AND inwards -tape with a small tape cross the large tape on the tricker point,OR with 2 small tapes 1 just above and 1 just below the tricker point and i can go on,and naturally all these you can combine/vary AHhhhhhhhhhhh
