Between Champagne Berrichonne and Boischaut-Nord, Levroux offers a colorful landscape that changes with the seasons. The plains, meadows and woods come together in a system of cereal cultivation and goat breeding for the manufacture of the famous Goat Pyramid. The historic center joins the shopping square via a system of narrow and winding streets through which you can stroll while admiring the medieval architecture. Looking up you will observe the particularity of the "gerbieres" (openings through which the hay was stored).
To the east of the town, you will discover the typical architecture of the taverns where leather and parchment are still made, then visit the leather and parchment museum which traces the history and different stages of their manufacturing. . You can stroll around the circuit of the vegetable gardens which passes through the taverns and will take you to the lake before returning to the historic heart of the city to discover monuments such as the Saint-Sylvain collegiate church, the Porte de Champagne or the wooden house.
