Hats off to the Glastonbury crowd of 2023. No booing, no disappointment,no negativity. Just pure love and support.

When he says ‘And if I never get to do this again..’ it absolutely breaks my heart. Lewis uses humour so much to cover up his lack of confidence & self esteem, I recognise it because I’ve done it so much my whole life, but when he makes comments like that it completely chokes me up. He’s so frightened of losing it all because of this t0ssing Tourette’s, which I’m sure is exasperated by the nerves & anxiety playing in front of millions, little does that lad from Scotland know how incredibly talented he truly is. Lewis my friend, you won’t be going anywhere for a very, very long time, & as far as I’m concerned, no matter where you go & where you perform, you’ll forever have a crowd waiting to fill in the gaps for you because you’re loved & appreciated more than you will ever know. Chin up lad 💗 xx

We sang this song with tears streaming down our faces, together, with him, with each other, for him and for us. It was one of the most incredible musical experiences of my life, and I’ve had quite a few. Such a special moment - thanks for sharing.

What a guy, so real and doesn’t hide his vulnerabilities, makes the public and fans bleed empathy, I’d be astonished if there’s people out there who doesn’t like him honestly

This made me cry. To EVERY SINGLE PERSON in that crowd who helped Lewis get thru when he was struggling I thank you, from Scotland.

Absolutely, total respect for Lewis and for everybody in the crowd. I would not have been disappointed if I had been there. He is so real, so very talented.

One of the hardest things I’ve ever watched. As a grown man, every time I watch this I am reduced to tears, not only out of respect but also sympathy for a man that has sacrificed himself and his well-being for our listening pleasure. Forever grateful Lewis 💙

I was working just across the road of glasto, on a camp site. You could hear every word, it broke my heart knowing Lewis was struggling, but beautiful to hear the crowd having his back ❤

It’s heartbreaking to see my favourite artist struggling like this. But thank you to each and everyone one of the crowd who sang along when Lewis couldn’t ❤

Lewis Capaldi's performance at Glastonbury was truly beautiful. The way the crowd rallied around him and showed their support for his struggles with anxiety was incredibly moving and inspiring. Witnessing this outpouring of compassion and kindness filled me with hope and reminded me of the goodness that still exists in the world. The power of music and community to bring people together and create positive change was on full display, and I wish I could have been a part of it. Overall, the performance has left a lasting impression on me and renewed my faith in the capacity of humanity to come together and support each other.

As a drummer, (with Tourettes), who sometimes sings, I have spent 30 years playing professionally in bands, and I can tell you that this is a real thing. The music will often move you, but moments like these are moments that resonate.

A Top Man being supported by a great crowd who felt supporting this man was far more important than any commercial gain. Thank you Glastonbury for being so special. Thoughts and prayers are with you Lewis….you are a giant of a human being, get well soon and this is from a 67 year old music fan 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿💪🇬🇧❤️🙏

In a world that often comes across as hate driven with narcissists at the helm , it's incredibly refreshing to see people come together for a moment where someone was having problems. God had a present for him, together with the crowd sung a beautiful melody that said to him and made it clear as day, we are going to "Love the Hell out of you" regardless of your mistakes and conditions. "I will be here until you understand that I will always "Wish you the Best." The man from above always leaves traces of love for people to find, I'm glad he found it. Find yours

This had me in floods of tears, it was so emotional on all counts, both with feeling for Lewis ( who I have so much respect for in trying his best in front of everyone while knowing he was struggling with his Anxiety ) and for the hugely supportive fans that were there for him. There is so much talent in Lewis and all true fans know it! Just hope he knows that however long he needs, his fans will be supportive and there for him...

I just recently found about Lewis after seeing this video. I have heard his music before on the radio but never knew who it was. I am actually tearing up hearing the crowd help fill in the lyrics and sing even louder when he was was clearly struggling from his tics. This video has found a new fan of his music seeing his perseverance even with his struggles.

I am from Auckland, New Zealand and I have never watched any Glastonbury Festival concerts before but I watched this one and loved every minute. I felt very proud of Lewis Capaldi who is a very talented artist when he struggled to get through singing “Someone You Loved” then the crowd helped him to finish the song. I have just read that he suffers from Tourettes Syndrome. He is a STAR!

Holy fkn crazy wow. I get goosebumps and can barely hold back from bawling my damn eyes out. Music, love, human nature are the most exquisite expressions of being. Thank you to all who attended and stepped up without being asked or privy to his Tourette's deciding to make an appearance during the performance. It's breath taking and beyond heart warming.
