The way to do it, is like FA and others did. Speed with a prop, in this case a scooter. The prop says "I'm in a hurry". If you are going to walk expect people to get close. I've seen him scooter his way through a crowd in the past. Nobody would have said anything if he did it this time. Dumb thing is, he wears those clothes to get noticed because he considers himself a bit of fashion icon. These autograph seekers are not the Lumpen like most/all of us are. There're multiple velvet ropes. They have gotten past a few. Some of these people will end up in team hospitality suites. Others will be in the back in the garage. This is in the garage area. The seats across the track aren't cheap but would be considered the cheap seats compared to what these people paid. The clothes whether you love or hate them are designer clothes. The people he is ignoring is the customer base for this stuff. He has (or had) his own collection. Not sure if that outfit is from his. It's commerce and he's insulting potential customers.
