Wouldn't be surprised if Pep played Stones in Rodri's role for the longer term. We saw Stones push into midfield often last season and he was fantastic in that holding role.
Great vid. Another tick in the box for Solanke is that I think having a 7.5-8m striker price point is ideal. Easier to get to Watkins, Jackson, Havertz etc
Raya was spotted limping out of Etihad Stadium and Arteta has hinted that there is a possible injury to their roaster for 5.5m and only starting Goalkeeper would it be safer to go with Sanchez and have Neto 4.3m sub arsenal goalkeeper? or should we wait for tonight's game against Bolton to see if Arteta will leak something else?
As an Arsenal fan I think Raya will still play on the weekend, he was never going to play against Bolton anyways (league cup game) so him not being in the squad will not mean much. I’d keep Raya because even if he doesn’t play, you don’t want to waste two transfers trying to get him back in
Going triple Arsenal on WC (Gabriel, Saka and Havertz) and stacking the forwards (Solanke and Haaland in addition to Havertz). Porro and Robertson in defence. Benching one of Mbuemo, Eze, Semenyo and Rogers in midfield. Awesome team. Don't have to worry about Pep-lotto.
I‘ve got Lewis, Aina, Gabriel, TAA and Porro as defenders. Who of these 4 should I bench in GW6? With Lewis I‘ve got the rotation risk, Porro has the hardest fixture and I‘m not sure with Aina yet…
going for this team by GW 9 Flekken lewis/gabriel/robinson saka, palmer, mbeumo, rogers, diaz Welbeck, Haaland Fabianski, greaves, Aina, calvert lewin 0.5 in the bank, and if all goes in my favour price changes, im selling greaves to get Mazraoui in
Very tempted by Solanke, but need to go cheap like Lewis instead of Porro on defense. Or I could go for Porro + Wood up front and I'm completely torn between these 2 choices.

Lewis is a bad move even ignoring rotations, city don't keep clean sheets, this started last season and gas continued into this season, they always end up conceding a goal even where they dominate the whole game
Foden,s back though and pep said he prefers him centrally so if savio plays, bernado will have to go to midfield, plus there,s gundogun,,,kovacic will be city,s 6 this season alongside either bernado or gundo
Best defence for clean sheets is Arsenal Liverpool and surprisingly Man Utd then Chelsea and Notts Forrest, sure City will catch up but as bad as Spurs right now, they need a CS this week to be on a 50% CS level
1min in and I know Andy didn't watch the City game just saw the lineup. Lewis didn't play LB at any point last night. He played RB. Walker was CB and Kaden LB
I've gone with Ndiaye with Everton's run of games for just something different and hopefully he can start performing after last weeks 8pts and he is cheap at 5.4m with Haaland and Watkins
Is he though? McNeil has absolutely no goal-threat. Ndiaye outscored him this week. Let's see where we in five weeks but rather have Ndiaye personally @@אריאל-ח8ר
Unless there's better transfers that you could make this week (i.e. Arsenal or Mbeumo), you could swap him for Calvert-Lewin (if you have the cash) or Vardy (next week)
worth taking a hit to get out João Pedro? I have havertz and haaland but could do triple attack. I have 2.1m in the bank but defence is also week but can only really do gvardiol there as have triple arsenal already
Does team value matter over a long term. Ive made a mistake on wildcard taking dunk out when i got him for 4,5 and brought him back at 4,6 , also i missed luis diaz price rise meaning i will miss out on his when he goes to 8.0 . Ive already lost a team value due to Quansah,
thoughts on selling salah/amad in GW 7 or 8 for luiz diaz and mbeumo then getting gabriel or saliba the gameweek after for tuazebe hahaha so yea what are your thoughts??
Do I keep 1.6 million in the bank or do I take a -4 to bring in Mbuemo for Eze and possibly a -8 to bring in Solanke for Joao Pedro or wait till next week to bring in either one?
On WC: Haaland and Wood as cheap option are nailed for me. Third - starting - spot is difficult. Who would you go? Jackson (currently), Solanke, Havertz (and Saka to Foden), Isak?
Phil Foden was easily player of the season last year. He was sublime and without him we would have struggled for top 4. He should start over Bernardo easy.
I'm still new to fpl and my tactic has been to get players with a good chance of a price increase. Then I plan to wildcard and get a good balanced team. I am currently at team value 100.6m with 0.9 in the bank. Just wondering if this is acc dumb cause the past two gw have been ass for me
@@chrisukwu4729 Well yes the players that rise in price are good that's why people transfer them in (and cause the price to increase). It's not a good tactic for the big picture though going solely on price rise. You get 1 transfer per week and about 20 players can rise/fall in a week.
I get in FPL first time in my life.. Can you guys plz give me an evaluation? I'm fool😂😂 Sanchez/Fibianski White/Gvardiol/Porro/Mazraoui/Greaves Rice/Palmer/Foden/Gordon/Saka Solanke/Watkins/Stewart I optimized it based on last season's accumulated points. Thanks for comment❤😊
i don’t wana ruin it to you mate but guess White Gvardiol Gordon probably falling in price sometime between tonight till Friday night but Sanchez Greaves Saka are rising so you can breakeven 😂
Luke Shaw still won't be back for a while and won't get back in the team straight away and Malacia is coming back from a long-term injury. I think Man U fullbacks are nailed for some time that's why Mazraoui is in my wildcard draft and he saves 0.4 on the others.
You don't recon it's likely Arteta will rotate some of the more nailed players against Leiseter or Southampton given they have four games in in ten days?
It could happen but I wouldn't put much money on it. Get the job done early and then make subs might be the better play. He'll rest players in the Carabao Cup tonight as well.
Never understand the need for City defenders, they barely get clean sheets, barely score or assist. Not for me. I had Lewis from start of the season and just sold for a profit. Good business 😂
RMT: henderson, matthews faes, arnold, quansah (bench), burn, pedro porro smith rowe, rogers, eze, salah, gordon haverts, (jebbison...loaned), haaland IF I WILDCARD Raya, fabianski (bench) faes, arnold, gabriel, brun, konate smith rowe, rogers, diaz, son, mbuemo wood, duran, haaland IF I USE MY 3 TRANFERS henderson, matthews faes, arnold, GABRIEL, burn, pedro porro smith rowe, rogers, eze, SON, MBUEMO haverts, (jebbison...loaned), haaland I CAN TAKE 4 point hit and GET GVARDIOL instead of DAN BURN I EVENTUALLY USED THE 3 transfers and took the 4 point hit
I'm thinking of taking a hit for Haaland, would be taking Salah and Watkins for him, which is the original plan anyways just a week early basically (next week)
With Liverpool's upcoming fixtures, is TAA really the lock-in that he is made out to be? I guess the next 4 games will tell us how good Liverpool really are this season.
