Just because it gets you a hybrid battery pack, it doesn’t change the mechanism of a traditional Cvt transmission. The basic mechanisms are the same with a slight tweak So keep your fuking remarks to yourself

@@ATISHEYJAIN the ES300h shares Toyota's Hybrid Synergy drive gearbox (en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hybrid_Synergy_Drive) which is a drive-by-wire system with a rubber drive belt, unlike a traditional CVT. in it's ICE counterparts. Also, yes a hybrid engine (no such thing as battery pack hybrids) will often skip a starter since the smaller gear in the sun/ planetary set becomes the starter itself. Hence the hybrid mechanisms do tend to have a different transmission setup, because they don't need gas to churn up the torque, the electric motor delivers that instantaneously. Nothing wrong in lowering the aggressiveness and have a bit of introspection going here. It's only uphill from there, friend.
