Recently picked up a 14 GS350 Fsport for daily driver duty and I absolutely LOVE it ! Nowhere NEAR as quick/fast as I’m used to but makes up for it with QUALITY. Considering GSF for next go round, but there’s a decent chance I just drive this for the rest of my days ;)
That joint looking super nice and newer. It’s definitely like and similar to the 2013 (4th generation GS)!! I love this video, I liked and subscribe, great job on the mods 👏👏🔔🔔🔔
I first had to buy a shift knob and boot off an IS or RC. Then I dremeled some of the plastics and pulled it through. I have a video going more in depth on my RU-vid channel.
Oh dude I'm really liking your car. At first look I thought it was a brand new model. Looks great! My wife's Dad is giving her his 2009 same GS 350 awd. She doesn't want it but she wants me to sell my Mercedes and take it. I wasn't sure what kind of mods I could do to it to make it look good but after seeing your video I'm now thinking there's hope after all lol...
@@dragonballz641 nahhww bro. I drove it for a few hours but just to get a good feel for it and love the handling and power. However, I felt that it was too tight, not enough room. I was feeling a bit cramped. I'm not a big guy, 230lbs 6'ft. We ended up selling it but still a bitter, sweet moment because we really did liked the car. Just wasn't roomy enough for me. This was my only fault with the car.
I don’t know if it’ll work on your car. If you think you can make it work go for it. If not just search up a for leather one. There’s tons of them on Amazon
It’s a mewant steering cover. I sewed it on there. The leds are cougar motor leds. Pretty good for the price I paid. They are like $40 a set and are super bright.
The shift boot and knob were from a 2015 Lexus is250 f sport. The steering wheel was rewrapped with a leather cover called mewant. It took me about 3 hours to sew on.
Nice set up...I do have some questions...what did you use to do your calipers? Did you get replacement headlamps and if so were they any of the ones on Ebay? I have an 07 GS350 AWD and a 08 GS460. Would love to pick your brain on some of your mods!
I used the duplicolor caliper kit. As long as you don’t use a super strong wheel cleaner they should stay bright red. As far as my headlights, they are just the oem ones with an led strip I added to the outside.
So it was 2 universal magnaflow mufflers. The ones with the fiberglass in them not the chambered ones and a vibrant ultra quiet resonator. All original piping. The tips were 3.5 inch duals.
Thanks, I want to do it, I have an upholsterer who has done it but not with wood steering, or buy a steering without wood, I'll think about it, thank you
It’s a mewant steering wheel cover. It’s on eBay. It ships from China. The boot and knob tho however are things you’ll have to just search for on eBay from a parts car
It’s an oem shift knob and boot from a 2014 Lexus is250 f sport. I got it from a seller on eBay for about $80. I then dremeled the shift housing to fit it.
thanks I really like that look looks really sleek, love the car man I got a 08 350 that im trying to do some things to since it's completely stock right now, any recommendations on what i should do first ?also in co . 303 !!!
I would say cold air I take and exhaust. The car is way too quiet stock. Then I would say wheels then focus on the little things but it’s all up to you. If you have Instagram I’m on their too. It’s the same as my RU-vid account name.
@@leilani_is350fs2 reason I was asking is a was given the same rims and was eventually put them in my 06 GS300 but was told It was a straight fit no issues and the rims sit flush no spacers needed
303_3GSFS question I’m looking to grab one of these 08 with 170k for 4K doesn’t have any paperwork on maintenance but checked out at autozone should I pull trigger
@@jfros9794 mines at 162k miles now and it’s a good car but if someone is letting it go for $4k when it probably should be closer to $6-7k, it seems like there are some issues. Get it inspected by someone before you do buy it.
