OP: Any further info on the durability of your fix, how is the dash nearly a 6mo later? Are you still happy with using "Krylon clear flat indoor/outdoor"?
god damn that is the nicest specimen of an IS I have seen in a real long time, mine is not too far off condition wise but I have about three times the mileage (and a manual), hope you continue to hold onto it, it might be worth a lot some day if kept like that.
My dash is pretty scratched up under the passenger airbag. Will this help at all with that or do I need to remove the scratches first and then apply this stuff? Thanks!
Clear coat on melting dash how does it handle in the heat? Let us know please. I want to try, but I'm not sure how its going to handle in hot weather...
..rockauto sells dash cover 3 different types woven suede carpet ..painting with laquar yes one can get it and or vinyl paint local 50.00 a quart and its in rattle cans .acrylic laquirre in a gun i used on a 280z years ago i bonded very well .but with new paints in can fer plastic i guess does not need adhesion promoter any more unless one uses a more normal paint ..lastly one can FLOCK it yes its the stuff in bottom of jewellery boxes and drawers
