Lexus RC 350 F Sport Straight Pipe Exhaust Full Review
In this video, I show a full review and overview of how the straight pipe Lexus Rc350 F Sport sounds. Cold start, idle, standstill revs, and interior noise is all included. Make sure you stick around until the end the video to hear my thoughts on the drone and among other things!
What did I do to the car? I took off the stock mufflers along with the stock resonators and replace it with a straight pipe. The exhaust tips are 3.5 inches that I got at the muffler shop. The total price for everything including installation was 250 dollars.

Lexus in general are reliable cars! You can rack up miles and it'll last for years. I don't think it will be an issue. To be sure, you should have a mechanic check the car before buying especially if it's not CPO.

Mind if I ask, I know someone that has a 2015 IS350 Fsport and it’s PERFECTLY small in size (exterior). I haven’t seen many RCs in person but they look absolutely HUGE in photos and videos. Are my eyes deceiving me or is it similar in size to the IS? It’s the only thing steering me away from thinking about getting an RC since I want a small car

I took it to a wrap shop! They had me choose between a light, medium, and dark tint. I choose the dark tint! As for the brand or the tint percent I have no idea sorry.

@@arnavanand1991 yea it's the oem rear spoiler and for exhaust I have a custom straight pipe but you try looking into "remark, Apexi, or magnaflow."

The RC and the IS have similar sizes. If you look at car dimensions the RC is wider only by a couple inches but the IS is taller in height. length is basically identical. Hope this helps!

What size straight pipe did you use? Also is it raspy at all like a tin can or all deep?

The pipe is 3 inches but the exhaust tips are 3.5 inches in diameter. And no not raspy at all... it sounds nice and deep! If it sounded raspy like a tin can best believe I would throw that resonator back on😂

All that was done is a muffler and resonator delete. Primary and secondary cats are still stock and still there lol. Hope this helps!

@@skatermater112233 dudee, can you give me an update when you do resonator delete? I am it's not like valve open and close, once you delete them the sounds gonna be present allll dayyy loooonggg and could get annoying eventually.

@@skatermater112233 Going with a muffler delete gives it a nice sound for sure with little to no drone. A resonator delete will make it louder but in return there is heavier drone. If you are committed to making the car louder, the drone from the resonator delete shouldn't brother you!😄

@@sun2190_ I have been driving this car on a daily basis for about a year now. I can honestly tell you that it doesn't get annoying for me but everyone is different. If you are worried about a heavier drone and you know you can't stand drone. I would suggest not to do resonator delete then. You can try deleting your resonators and if the sound is too much for you... you can always slap your resonator back on.

It might sound "amazing" to some. However, do you realize that you lost horsepower by doing this? You are releasing too much back-pressure without tuning the engine to compensate. Don't believe me? Put your F sport on a Dyna and compare the numbers to "stock" hp and torque. I am an engine builder and 30+ year Lexus owner. You are better off putting on a cat-back system that will still maintain the appropriate back-pressure which will ultimatly led to more hp. Your "Drone" is a result of this.
