00:36 - Ah, the Alexander PS bodied B10M. Went like stink those things. Really easy to catch up on your schedule with. Apart from the one bus in my depot that had a 2 to 4 second delay between you pressing down on the accelerator pedal and the bus actually doing something. Made getting out onto busy round-a-bouts a challenge as you had to anticipate a gap and hope it was still there as the bus started to move! hahaha

Yep, toughened glass windscreens that would go bang and make every one jump if hit by a stone chip.. None of the Mk1 + Mk2 Leyland Nationals ever broke down on me whilst driving.. Periodically the interiors were deep cleaned as the ceilings + filters were thick with nicotine.. Not Nice, my drivers window was nearly always open to blow the fag smoke back wards into the saloon..

I dunno why they simply can't keep these on the roads/just simply swap out the diesel/petrol engines for an all electric or hydrogen engine instead🤔😩💭🤷‍♂️💡
