Good question. I think if there are other things going on that require your casting, it's not worth refreshing

I actually plan to make a video of me trying out farseer a bit more this weekend and comparing my thoughts on the two because I've been team totemic for a while but I haven't given farseer a good shot since beta

The best way to play farseer is to do a hybrid chain heal build with a few of those chain heal talents. Then you use unleash life and ancestral swiftness together and use both your healing stream totems, healing rain, downpour, and a chain heal to basically make the ancestors burst out 10 chain heals in a small window. You will find your aoe burst healing lacking if you don’t do this so it’s important to know when to hold double ancestor aoe combo for a mechanic and when to send them on CD. Apparently it is pretty flexible, just have to learn to tolerate the extra buttons. The shamrocked guy on RU-vid talks about it in his guides.

If your mana is an issue take mana spring totem in the bottom left of the class tree or try to reduce how much haste you have. A big thing I do is focus less on hard casting spells like chain heal and healing surge and instead use totems and utility buttons to help deal with incoming damage. Most of the time I press chain heal or healing surge I press it once or twice before doing other less mana intensive actions again.

@dariominiello9934 I just try to cast lava burst to utilize master of elements a bit more, and try to use totems and riptide and healing wave if really needing it

Yea I never mean any offense like that. I havent even done 12s yet or anything but with the way it works now I consider 12s high keys and anything below that low keys since they seem to be pushing that idea for mythic+ in general

620 ilvl, The addon is littlewigs, just go to /bigwigs -> then in the settings select the ability you want a countdown for and select "countdown" I have a full video going over this for every dungeon where I setup my bigwigs on my channel, just look for the "bigwigs setup guide" series.
