What colour calibration settings did you use? Just purchased the 6100 last night and we've found that the picture appears too yellowish for our tastes. While being able to adjust some colours easily such as the blue tint, the yellow tint overall still remains. Even after going through ALL the main picture presets. Also, for some reason the option to set the White Balance is greyed out. Would you happen to know why that is?
Bought on e of these and screen was messed up. Returned it but it was the last one so they couldn't replace it. Went with vizio instead but I really want LG. I'm getting a 49 inch lg 49uj6200 today though. Hopefully this one will be better. I want LG haha
You will need to look for HDMI 2.0 cables, its the same cables as regular however they just offer higher bandwidth for 4k@60Hz. Regular cables will easily be able to handle 4k@30Hz however only one of the HDMI ports is 60Hz capable so you need to ensure source, cable and input port are all 4k@60Hz to be able to make use of that feature. I recently started filming at 4k@60Hz and there is noticable difference in playback with proper cabling...

Hi. Great review. Thanks. I've just ordered this TV to hook up to my PC which has an Nvidia GTX 1080 GPU. Can you tell me what I need to do in order to get 60fps @ 4K? Thank you.
I did not like it. Bought mine in August 2016, got rid of it yesterday. It is RGBW and had a motherboard replacement due to - I think - memory errors. After the replacement worked 100%, but still I have decided to get rid of it.
Question: how is it for gaming? I am thinking about buying this for my PC and use it for gaming (not console bare in mind). Have you tried it? I can get this TV for $300 on Newegg right now :)
I have the 43uhd6100 and it comes with the same remote as yours, I tried searching for the smart remote you were talking about but I don't know. ik don't like this remote and it seems the magic remote is not compatible...the vizio p series keyboard remote is much better.
it could be a number of factors. I would start with a settings reset on the TV then make sure that your TV source is HDMI at 24p or 30Hz minimum... 60Hz if you are connecting a computer or if your playback device supports it using the HDMI 2.0 cable if you're doing 4K. If you try and play 4K through a HDMI 1 or even 1.2 cable it will look horribly choppy, a 1.4 cable should get you 30Hz and be enough for regular TV. Hope that helps!
Hi what is the input lag like on the TV? I want to use it most;y for gaming so will I see any lag? Also when the headphone is plugged in, does it allow you to separate control the volume of the headphone from the TV. For example Can I have the headphone volume on full while the TV speakers are on the lowest volume?
If you play ps4, you can control the sound output from the ps4 itself. For example you can place the sound output (party) through the headphones and the sound output (the game sound itself) through tv. And you can make them both through the headphone or both through the tv. Hope this helps.
I dont know if i should get the 40 ins or 43 ins i don't want it to look to blurry on 1080p or 480 moview if i was watching 720p video could i zoom it out to put borders around it to make it true 720p and not stretched
Could you do a video or a write up on the color settings and calibration you have on this? I have the same TV and yellow and green look awful. Maybe i can correct this image before I return it.
+Jeremy Gagner here are the settings Set your input as PC Under general turn on HDMI deep color (4:4:4 turns on) Change aspect to original under picture settings turn off energy saver turn off Eye comfort mode Mode set to expert dark room Under expert controls turn off dynamic contrast turn on super resolution to medium turn color gamut to extended turn off edge enhancer turn off color filter set gamma to 2.2 next we will do the white balance two point Color temperature set to warm 2 under white balance put red to -12 I didn't have to play with anything else cause of hardware calibration the color profile takes care for pretty much everything else for you...
+Jeremy Gagner results of calibration are x:0.314 y:0.333 black luminance was only 0.157cd/m3 luminance was 161 and contrast came to 1020:1 my backlight is at 80 and brightness at 48

Merhabalar. Bir konuda yardımınıza ihtiyacım var lütfen yardım edin. Bu video da ayaklar montajlanmış olarak gelmiş bende ayrı ayrı geldi. Montajını yaptım fakat tam olmadı boşluk kaldı. Neden ?
Easiest way to do it is youtube and play a 4k file. The other is if you have 4k contact in a usb stick you can play that off the USB directly to check. You could also go into the info screen when playing a connected external device like 4k blu ray and it should tell you the screen resolution its on.
+ kashif ahmed Hello I’m getting constant “No Signal message on my TV. It’s connected to the internet both WiFi and via Ethernet cable. No digital antenna. How to I get signal? And can I get it through my internet connection or fire stick without a digital antenna? Thnx
Nathan Senat if this is a new TV then it looks like you just have it stuck on the wrong input. If it’s an older tv and this just started happening the. There may be an issue with the HDMI port you’re connecting your equipment to. Either way you should see the menus on the tv...
Jose Diaz si funciona super bie no tiene input lag lo compre ayer y me encanto solo que lo cambiare por el mismo pq el que compre trajo puntitos blancos en la pantalla
Majority of the time youll be playing with 18ms. It does hit 88 ms with 1080p and interpolation on. But 4k should be good unless its on4:4:4 then it hits 38ms i think.
you need to make sure you have a 4k60hz hdmi cable not every HDMI cable will be able to get you that. You can plug it into any HDMI port, i had it on HDMI 1, but within the settings you need to set that input to "PC" mode for it to take full effect. Keep in mind that even though its pulling down 4:4:4 in 4k because it is a RGBW panel that the it will not be as clear and accurate as a true 4k RGB IPS panel.
i checked the setup manual it said all 3 hdmi ports are HDR though you have to go into the setting and turn HDR on to the hdmi input you want to use. not sure if mines different to your tv though mines 43UH610T but I'm in Australia PS if your planning to use this Tv with a PS4 Pro HDR display you will get the blank screen problem everyone's complaining about i did the fix in safe mode and seems to work now with HDR now but not sure if it's full 4k
