Hi! You can put it in the sink if it is near by the machine. Or you can also let it go into the bathroom drain chamber (on the floor) . (or any drain point that is near by)
Yes, it restarts from where it left. But when it restarts, sometimes it take more time to complete, when power cut is for very long duration. May be it needs to reheat water if it has become cold or some other reason.

You can leave it on always, if there is no leak in the pipe joint. I usually turn it on, when i start the machine and turn off, when the washing is completed.
Aye bro i am trying to buy lg fhm 1207adl model it doesn't has turbo wash, so could you tell me if that actually makes any difference or not in wash quality?? Specially does it help clean the collar of shirt properly???
Hey bro. Turbo wash is meant for fast and effective rinse cycle, to remove the detergent. A thin stream of water (from near door) gets sprinkled on the clothes, while its rinsing. This helps to remove detergent from the clothes faster. I didn't see much difference in wash quality with and without turbo wash. Few of the wash programs use turbo wash to reduce the rinse time. Collar it cleans, but if the stain/dirt if it is deep or sticky, then it will still remain. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching 👍🙂🙏

Hi there! After you select a program using the dial, in the touch panel, press the "Spin" button. Press it again to cycle thru the different levels of spin speed. Not all programs give the flexibility to change the spin speed. Each program may have a defined range of spin speed, and you can alter it only within those limits. Hope this helps!! I think both are good. I was using Samsung Front load earlier, but that was very old > 10 yrs, It served for a long time, and finally the drum got dislocated. So, I went with LG this time.

Vibration is caused by not installing it correctly, each leg has to be screwed down with pads fitted underneath,is the floor level on all legs?each leg must be positioned correctly or you will get Vibration, it happened us,remember of balance could reduce your machines longevity, hope this helps

Yes. For only dry, power on the machine by pressing the power button, then select a spin speed by pressing the spin button on touch panel. Press start.

Hey Bro, Pre-Wash provides an extra cycle for heavily soiled clothes. It is for use when clothes are excessively soiled. It happens at the beginning of the program. Drum usually agitates and spins sometimes during this cycle. Most machines don't allow pre-wash for the Speed Wash, Delicates, Rinse and Spin, and Wool cycle. It is available for cotton and few other programs. Personally, I have not tried it on this machine anytime. I tried once, but had to abort the wash, as it takes more than 3 hours for the full program to finish. Hope this helps!! Thanks for watching 👍😊
Hi there!. No, there is no soak option. There is a pre-wash option, that can be used instead. This can be added into the program, by press and hold on the pre-wash button on touch panel. Detergent needs to be added in the pre-wash compartment in the detergent tray. (located just behind the softener compartment). Main wash detergent needs to be added in the main compartment. Pre-wash adds about 15-20 mins additional time to the overall time. It washes once the clothes, drains the water, and then the normal wash cycle starts. Hope this helps!! It looks like its a competitor to the LG model. From what I saw, the samsung model is having similar features such as Adding additional clothes after the wash cycle is started, inverter motor, 8kg capacity, silent, less water, 1 hour wash cycle etc. LG has this 6 motion DD technology, that has different motions for giving better wash, Samsung is having bubble technology. LG has this direct drive motor, that it claims to be vibration free and also silent, which is true, as I am using it. I am not sure of the type of motor samsung is having, whether its belt driven or direct drive. Its hard to decide which one is the best. I cannot comment much on the samsung model, as I have not used it and just googled for the model, after seeing your question. I would recommend to do more analysis on these aspects and checking out other reviews, if you are planning to buy one.!!! Thanks for watching!! Have a great day!!!
Hi there! If you are referring to the loud click sound, yes! I hear it on my machine as well during start and end of the wash. Once immediately after 5 seconds of pressing start and 2 clicks at the end after the wash completes. I think it could be the door locking sound. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching! Hi! These programs support max spin speeds (1200 rpm). You can use them to get max dryness. Cotton, cotton+, mix, stain care, 1hr wash (in download cycle). You may have to press the spin button on touch panel to increase the speed from the preset speed of the program, before you start the cycle. Additionally, you can put it for another just spin cycle after it completes the program. This can be done by switching off the machine, then power on, donot select any program. Press the spin button on touch panel and choose 1200 speed and press start button. This will only do spin without wash or rinse. Hope this helps Please like the video if its good. Hey there! I had tried it very long ago. However, I tried it again yesterday, but it takes too much time. It showed me 3.5 hrs, when started. Hence, I had to cancel and switch to my favorite 1hr wash. Sorry, unable to provide you info on the steam cycle.

Hi there!! As of today, its in perfect working condition. So far, I have not experienced any problem. Infact, I have not even cleaned the drain pump filter, nor the inlet filter. its just going on!! I have heard a lot from viewers about vibration problems. I haven't seen any issue with the vibration in my machine. (perhaps I was lucky 🙂 to get a good piece, i dont know!!). Do check out my demo video. I have captured the spinning cycle as well. It is just still at the same place, without moving even a centimeter. (infact lots of debris and dust below the machine. Its difficult to sweep, as the gap between the floor and the machine is very small 😒.). I am reluctant to try out the different wash programs. Usually I just go with the "cotton cycle" or the "1 hour wash" and it takes anywhere around 50 mins to 1 hr 30 mins. If you plan to put an already soaked clothes, then this machine will show very high completion time of 3 to 4 hours, as it will take the weight of the soaked clothes for estimation of completion time. Hence, i put "1 hr wash" for such soaked clothes and it takes 1 hour only for it,, inspite of the weight. Noise levels are low. When washing, it is very silent. Only when spinning, there is some noise. But, it is an expected sound, considering the weight and moving parts. The smartphone app is not of much use. I only get notifications when the wash is completed, so that i can go and take the clothes out. Other things like remote start etc are not useful. During power failure, it continues from where it left, after the power comes back. When the water is filling, dont open the detergent tray out. Else, water will start leaking from beneath the machine, while filling! . Also, there is no provision for bleach in the detergent tray. A lot of ppl have been asking for this, but it is not on this machine. I have never tried the steam cycle, so unable to comment on it. Wash quality is good and drying is also good. They come out without much tangling. Machine should not be kept on any stand, else you might see vibrations. Also, the machine is very heavy, and difficult to even just move a inch. That spray nozzle at the front/top of the drum is and excellent idea. Every machine should have them as it would ensure better rinsing without using much water, towards to end of the cycle, just before the final spin.
Thats a great idea. However I expected a bit more pressure in the spray and a wider spread. Currently its a tiny jet. Hope it makes some difference in the wash quality.

Hi! When compared to my previous washing machine ie Samsung front load (>10yr old), it is less noisy and I see less vibration during spin. During heavy load, when it is picking up speed, I have observed some vibration and bit more sound, but not so high. But it reduces as it speeds up. But having said that, it has not moved from its place even a milli meter from its place. Overall I feel it is less noisy. During wash cycle, it is almost silent. This is silver color model. I believe there is a white model as well, that is a little cheaper in price. Hope this helps.

Thank you!! Sorry to hear about the problem you are facing with the machine. I have seen water leak from below machine once. But this happens if the detergent tray is kept open, when machine is on and water is getting filled in the drum. So, before starting the wash, we need to put the detergent and close the tray. And then start the machine. And the detergent tray needs to be closed all times when machine is operating. This solved my problem. Please check if yours is also the same? Hi there! There is a program called 'Gentle Care' meant for delicate clothes like wool. Also mentioned in the user manual. I usually wear fleece sweater/jacket. I have put it in normal program for wash many times (1 hr wash and cotton). Nothing has happened to the garment, except for the elastic near the arm wrist, is a bit stretched out. Could be due to prolonged use, and not due to the machine. Have not tried any woolen garments so far 🙄
Hi there! I haven't used fabric softener anytime. However i checked the user manual. It says, fabric softener will be automatically added only during the last rinse cycle. Hi! I had not tried the steam wash (baby steam care) till date!. Today, I just tried to use this mode, to know how it works. I put just 1 jeans, and it estimated a completion time of 3 hrs 12 minutes!!! It then began to fill water, and the drum was just idle. I observed for about 15 minutes, and the drum just did quarter of a rotation every 3-4 minutes. I believe water was being heated at this time, and I could see vapours accumulated inside the door. I left the place and returned back after 1 hr to see that wash cycle was in progress, and the vapours had gone!!!. Since 2 more hours were left for completion, I had to abort the cycle in between and switch to 1 hour wash cycle, as I was in a rush. If time is not a constraint, then i think, the steam cycle can be used to initially wet and steam the clothes. Note that, after I aborted the steam cycle, the door remained locked for sometime, until the drum and water cooled inside. Hope this helps :)

Hope you/service engineer removed the mounting bolts, that are attached to the drum. These are attached, to ensure drum does not move during shipping. They need to be removed before using the machine. If this is taken care, then 2nd cause could be due to the use of stand for the washing machine. Its recommended not to use any stand as it will make the machine unstable during spin. (I guess you might not be using the stand as well). Hope you are not overloading the machine too much. I cant think of any other reason for vibration. Could be some other fault in the machine otherwise..Thanks for watching!

Hi there! Yes. It does detect the weight automatically. Usually cotton takes same time that you mentioned for small and average loads. I have seen it going upto 3 hrs sometimes. This has happened to me when i load already soaked clothes, and that adds up the weight. However for most of the times, I use the 1hr wash program in download cycle. Hi! If you turn it off by using the power button on the washing machine, then it cant be resumed again. If there is a power cut or you mistakingly switched off the mains switch directly while it was washing, then it would resume from where it left previously, after mains switch is turned on. Hey there! I haven't done much research on Bosch washing machine. Sorry, I may not be able provide any info on that. However, wrt this machine, my experience has been good, and still going on. I have heard lots of ppl complaining about vibration problem with this machine. Perhaps I am lucky enough to possess a good machine without any problem so far. I saw few videos on youtube where it says models prior to feb2019 have problems. But i dont know how far its true. Having said that, I would suggest you to visit a physical store and enquire both these brands for better insights. That's how I bought this. Hi Sir. You may want to try cleaning the drain pump filter. It is located at the front side, below the door of washing machine drum. A small door is present, you can open it and loosen the drain pump lid and clean the filter. Make sure the machine is off and the washing cycle is complete. It has a 20 min cycle. Haven't seen any 30 min cycle. A 1 hr cycle is there as part of download program.. Can be downloaded on app and set it on the machine. Usually this completes on 60 to 70 mins.

Hi there! There is a tub clean mode. It can be activated by pressing and holding for 3 seconds the “Rinse+ / tub clean" button on the touch panel. Need to add anti limescale powder into the main detergent compartment and then press start button. The tub should get cleaned. Hope this helps. Hi there! Mine is 2018 model. Personally I didn't see much vibrations from my machine. Do check out my demo video. I have put in almost full load in that wash cycle. The machine is still in same position, have moved a centimetre. Yes. I did see people's comments that there is lot of vibration. I am not sure what is the extent and if thats normal vibration. I expect some vibration..its a mechanical part after all. But not to the extent of machine itself moving around. Vibration can also occur if the machine is not levelled or kept on stand. It needs a solid stable base. Perhaps you can visit a dealer shop and enquire more about it or ask for a demo. Obviously, you will get always a positive feedback from them. Please dont buy this machine, i bought this last year, it vibrates a lot and moves around, the lg guy told that its because of floor and provided rubber pads on which the legs of machine rest, still it vibrates and move, but according to lg its fine, they dont have solution for this.
Mine is completely working fine. Vibrates when dry cycle is running but not so much that it would move from it's place. I have been using it for over a month now and have used it 5-6 times. It's still at the same place where it was installed, hadn't moved even an inch. Uneven floor is the only reason for the increased vibration. Any machine would vibrate on uneven floor.
Ana Paula: No, it doesn't make much noise while drying. It just vibrates a little bit towards the end of dry cycle since the 1400 rpm motor is running at full speed but not so much that it would bother you. You would hear the vibration only when you are near the machine. The wash & rinse cycle are damn silent. Regarding space, the machine would occupy approx 3 ft of space with door open, considering the fact that you would have to leave 3-4 inches of space behind the machine. Just fyi, I have 8 kg variant of this machine.
Hi! Please check if the machine is balanced properly on the floor. If its uneven, it may not be stable and make noise. I have observed that when it is picking up speed, it does vibrate more, bit it reduces as it speeds up.
Agreed, I has balanced it by spirit level equipment but I guess problem is tile floor, the Washer doesn't vibrates on only spin mode ( for trial, just to see how much it vibrates) but it actually start vibrating when I put clothes into it and start a complete wash cycle (after rinsing cycle it vibrates as home flour mill :D) anyway I have ordered for anti-slip rubber pads. Let's see how much they going to work :) I have also observed that you put your Washer on carpet, might it reduce the sound little bit. Can you please make a closer video in silence with real sound of spinning or a complete wash cycle?

Even I am facing vibration problem during spinning. It is disturbing my peace of mind. Tried my level best in levelling the four legs. Currently I am very much sad and IAM not able to find a solution for this.
I had the exact same problem it was moving around all over the place .. mine was eventually assessed as defective and have received a new one . Hopefully it will be like in this video ..
All LG front loading machines are useless and waste of money. First of all it will corrode very easily and plastic parts get have scratch on it. Mother bord get have compliant every 2 years. It cost 5000 rupees. The model get updated every year and has to wait 1 month to get repaired. Every visit of technician charge 500 rupees as visiting charge. So you can buy and spend 6000 rupees as a service cost every 2 year. If you want to enjoy this buy this L g machines.

Hi, after selecting the program, before pressing the start button, you can reduce the temperature to cold or 20 degrees. By default it is 40 degrees. It will slightly reduce the total time. Alternatively, you can also try the 1hr program by downloading it into the machine using the android app. It is similar to cotton cycle but it takes around 1hr to 1.15 hrs to complete. I have bought LG 6 kg Front load washing machine just 22days ago. In washing I always recognize that starting and ending of rinse and spinning my washer shakes little bit sometimes more. We informed to the service center they put anti vibration rubber pad but it is not improve. Leveling is OK. Does any one experience like me? Pls reply.

@@TechnoShare i tryed sport care, is amazing for the gym clothes they came out relly clean and without sweeting smell.... i tryed lingerie is good for colored clothes, sintetics for your shirts, and duvet I washed bed cover and other stuff... i also tryed anti wrinke cycle from alp and less detergent residue cycle that do the last rinse at 40 degrease 😍

Yes, it has many modes, and according to the cloth type, we can select the wash programme. For delicate clothes such as Wool and silk, there is a wash mode called "Duvet". There is another wash mode called "Mix", that can be used for various mix of fabrics such as silk, sports wear, wool, dark clothes etc. These details are provided in the manual. Hope this helps!! Nope. Its not a 100% dryer. Need to take it out and dry. But having said that, compared to dry levels on top load and my old Samsung front load (1000rpm), this one dries even better (1200rpm), removing more water. I hang my t-shirts inside the house itself overnight and it dries 100% by morning. I have soft water connection. But I looked up the manual, and it says to use water softener such as Anti-Limescale (eg. Calgon) to cut down the use of detergent in extremely hard water areas. Hope this helps :)
Its good. It will spin at 1200 rpm max. Clothes dry almost like 80%. Fleece jacket almost got completely dry. I sometimes wash load during night. And after spin I hang the clothes inside the house itself. (t shirts, cotton towels, banyans). They get full dried by morning in 10 to 12 hrs. Yes. To me its not so bad. Compared to my old washing machine, it is very less. It depends on the load factor and speed as well. If there are more clothes, or during slower spin speed, it may vibrate a little more. Having said that, it does not move at all. Also, the sound is comparatively very less compared to other machines. (perhaps due to the direct drive motor, where the motor is directly attached to the drum, without any belt) Hope this helps!! @@TechnoShare Thank u for the info. I bought it recently and yeah it is really a silent washer. But during the spin cycle at 1000rpm with average load, the machine is noisy and vibrates at 5-3min (time which is displayed on the panel). The legs seem to be fitted fine. I'm wondering whether it is normal?!
Bro, wifi ka use hai remotely start karne ka, wash cycle chun sakte hain, notification aayega wash complete hone ke baad, kitne baar dhoya mahine me dekh sakte hain. Aur last mein, additional wash programs jo machine pe nahi hai, woh download kar ke, machine me daal sakh te hain. Maine ek aur video banaya hai, wifi aur mobile app ka features ke baare mein. bhai... spinning karte waqt bahut jyada vibration ho raha hai aisa lagta hai Jaise generator chal raha hai aur washing machine apna jagah chhodkar kafi dur chala aata hai 😂 do you know any solution? Thanks

Sorry for the late response!! There is a descaling tablet, that is available. I guess, they come in powder form too. This can be used to clean the drum once in a while. I plan to make a video on that soon. Do stay subscribed to get notified. Thanks!!
I had samsung front load initially and that served me for more than 10 years, and the drum got dislodged. Since the spares were not available, I had to look for a new machine. After my initial research, I hit upon LGs direct drive motor and was quite impressed with it. Bosch and IFB at that time did not have the direct drive motor. There was a small scale demo video on RU-vid by LG where they showed that direct drive brushless motor was very silent and had less vibration. I was looking at IFB senator or LG. After a visit to the local dealer shop and a demo of spin cycle there, I finally decided to go with LG.

I think now you have lots of options. Every brand has some unique feature for attracting consumers. Like Samsung calls it bubbles wash.. And some one else eco wash etc. Both samsung and LG are equally good. Samsung service was good in my previous experience. LG i haven't had any chance for service as of yet. Hopefully it should be good. IFB and Bosch I don't have any clue about service. I have heard Bosch service expenses are on higher side. Having said this, I would leave it to you to decide! Sorry, Honestly I haven't been keeping up much on washing machines. Hence, I am not sure of the which one is the best or to recommend you.
@@Dineshkumar-rp4qq I bought lg front load last week, because of the above said reasons but now the machine is walking around the room. All these front load machines are not stable, you should have a level floor and reduce spin speeds to keep movement to some extent, still not that happy with this. Should have bought a top load one. Bosch is more heavier that may be more stable, I don't know but lg needs super level floor and a spirit level to adjust it constantly. I'm planning to put brick and thermocole around it,hope it works.
What were the other brands u considered before purchasing this one ..if any plz share I am looking for a front load machine too but stuck between Siemens Bosch and LG and also how is the wash quality specially with white ones
Hi there! I actually did an online search initially on flipkart and Amazon, just going by star rating and user reviews. Found that IFB had good ratings. But I wanted to take a look at it in person and headed to local stores/dealer. I checked out LG and Samsung as well there, and found it good as well. Came home and did an online analysis again on LG features like steam, direct drive etc. Although this model did not have any reviews online that time, I went ahead with it. Happy with the purchase! Not sure about other brands. Although manufacturers come up with different features like steam wash etc, I just stick with the default wash cycle. Regarding White model I am not very sure. I hope its the same except for the color. Please compare the spec once on LG site. Hope this helps.
@@TechnoShare thanks for replying ..by white I meant white clothes I am using LG top load and the wash is pathetic with the white ones especially with the vests ....so thinking of changing it
Oh..white clothes! Yep, I have used LG top load washing machine too. I found the front load much better in washing results. Rinsing and drying are also better. Should be good for white clothes too!
Hi! I had plans to buy IFB Senator, initially before buying this machine. It has good ratings on flipkart and amazon i believe. I wanted to take a look at them physically at a store, and there, I happened to stumble upon the LG direct drive machine. Also some of the attractions of LG included the steam wash and app connectivity. After coming back home and doing my own analysis on the pro's and cons, I decided to go with the LG. I felt LG has good customer care, and also this direct drive technology seemed to be less noisy and less vibration. There are some videos on youtube on direct drive technology demo. you can check them out. Considering all these aspect, I decided to go with LG. Hope this helps you to decide, which one to go with. Hi!! It has inbuilt water heater. It can heat upto a max of 95 degree Centigrade. The more we increase the temperature, the time taken for washing will get increased from 1 to 3 hours. Hope this helps :)
In my opinion, you may need to go for 7kgs. Do check my demo video. I could easily stuff 10 t-shirts and 4 jeans = total 14 clothes, in my 8kg machine. There was room for adding 2 to 3 more shirts, but it may degrade the wash. For daily wash, considering an average of 4 clothes per person daily ( towel + tops or shirt + trouser + innerwear), it will be 16 clothes, and in a 6kg machine, it may not wash properly, if stuffed too much. I feel having a bigger drum size is good. It may cost a bit more. But will help if clothes are more some day, or if you miss to wash some day, you can put 2 days clothes in a single batch.
