If you don't open the refrigerator then it would lessly consume electricty rather than opening it the cold will go out and then the motor will start runnin again, Did you know that refrigerators motor will not run when the ref is really cold it will just start runnin again when the cold in the ref has gone lower
Probably not, few months will likely still under waranty. Also it is nost likely soled state sensor. The compressor have moving parts which is more fragile.
I own this fridge. Mother of 4 here, kids love this fridge I keep their fruits , milk , creamer in the front for easy access. My fridge used to get unorganized quickly and now it is tidy with a huge capacity inside. I upgraded from an old second hand white in white kenmore that I paid $60 for it died on us after 5 years of faithful fridge work. We saved up and splurged on this huge one because we are a big family, we did not get the water and ice feature because we have hard water and heard fridges mess up because of this. Never had this feature in my life so I font think I’m missing out.
For a front door when checking who is outside, it's a perfect concept. But this technology ain't about cameras, seem to be just a glass panel that polarize with electricity by the command of a touch screen, same an LCD panel on a monitor. Short story...Should be cheap enough to make compare to glass. I would dig into this technology for all other things beside the kitchen.
@@heedlessed7952 You didn't understood the concept of been perfectly affordable and how sells can get a small boost by adding gimmicks to a product is actually a thing in 2021...numb nuts
I guess this InstaView door is a deep black one way glass which turns on the light inside when knocked twice. It's nice but not worth it as we can only see a portion of the fridge and don't we before hand know whats in the refrigerator or not. Maybe this can help it to work more efficiently as it prevent the flow of warm air inside the fridge. Anyways cool stuff!
Actually, the normal fridge can hold more food in it. In my parents house they have this fridge and the normal fridge where the deep fridge is on the top and it can hold a lot more food in it. But when it comes to bottles, cans and yogurts you can store a lot in this fridge.
So now I'll end up walking over to the fridge knowing there's nothing in it, realising I don't need to open it this time, knocking on it to then confirm that it's empty AND THEN opening it anyway to make sure the window was telling the truth😭😭
So you’re paying extra to have a window on your fridge to see your food when you could just open the door?...which is what you’re going to do to get the food anyway...

If you open the door and then grab what your looking for it my be faster than... knocking twice, finding what your looking for, then opening the door to grab it.
