Can a hard of hearing person bluetooth thier earphones to hear?

I've bought it 2 days ago for kitchen where I have another LG 32' which still is better in terms of picture ( mostly contract ). We compared it on the same channel one to one. This new one looks like a cheap Chinese tv. I wouldn't recommend it.
