please note before you buy that drawdown of hot & cold water is rather small (not continuous drawdown) hot water drawdown capacity is only 1000ml every 20minutes - ie. after 2 cups of drawdown have to wait 20minutes for more hot water, so if you have more than 1guest you can only make 2 x 500ml cups every 20minutes….. similarly the cold water drawdown capacity is not continuous drawdown - 3000ml afterwhich you have to wait 45minutes for cold water drawdown.

My house has Panasonic ionizer water filter, works pretty well i suppose. Costs less too, though it cannot serve hot or cold water, so the LG has its own value added feature that justifies its cost well. I agree that having a good water filtration system is a very good investment.

Hey there Candy, thanks for watching and dropping by the annual service after that is only RM500 (Product Sanitation every 3 months + Change 3 filters for 1 year) + annual internal pipe changing 🙂

Yes man, this is something which I feel is super important for our daily lives. The tracking features on the app was great for us to know how much water we are drinking daily too buddy

Adam Lobo,so this water can be considering as "pure drinking water" without any mineral element content? Because I m planning to buy this but if long period drinks "pure drinking water"without mineral element, it's unhealthy to our body because can "flush out"& reduce the mineral level in our body

Hi there, working with LG PuriCare myself and I can confirm that this is Mineral water instead of Pure water. We have lab reports confirming the presence of minerals such as magnesium and calcium.

Lousy machine & service, purchased since 2020 Oct, and serviced every 3months (irritating), with last service due without inform on 2022 Jan, now machine have issue and I have to bare all the repairing cost, indeed I don’t use it often, *just less than 5 months* , very unreliable
