The customer had a problem with the refrigerator, the water dispenser, ice maker does not work.
The power wire in the hinge connection has been damaged.
Unfortunately, for LG refrigerators, the wires are completely foamed inside the door, and cannot be replaced separately.
I had to replace the left door completely.

Did you have to re-use and then re-install the water line from the original door?

Yes, you can see the white hose in the video. You will have to remove the hose and reinstall it in the new door. Although I may not remember well. Perhaps the door already comes with a hose assembly. I'm sure some models have a special passage for changing pipes. But this model may have tubes with wires filled in foam.
