Thanks for watching the video. I agree with you, this sound bar is not comparable to Yamaha. There is a settings for the soundbar which is accessible using the remote, you can increase subwoofer sound from there. But I don’t think that will satisfy you.

Hi, i am not sure how you are trying to change the mode, that works only with the remote comes with the soundbar. You won’t be able to do that using tv remote. So, looks like all the connections are fine but so sound from rear speakers. 1st, how do you connect the soundbar to source (tv, etc)? I noticed if you use Bluetooth, rear speaker doesn’t work. Use hdmi or optical cable. 2nd try to do power recycle. Completely unplug soundbar and rear speaker kit from power wait for a min and then try. If all these doesn’t work then you may need to connect lg or may replace the item. Thanks for watching my video.

Unfortunately no, ended up returning it to Best Buy. I'm not super tech savvy but I'm not terrible. I figured it shouldn't be that difficult

Normally you cant connect any additional speakers to this sound system, only the two satellite speakers (comes with this system) can be connected using the rear speaker kit (comes with the system too). No other additional speakers can be connected. Thanks for watching my video.

I was able to get into the sound bar setting on the remote and adjust the woofer up independently. The sub comes set at 0

@@Matt-ix6ne Yes! I was able to use the app. If you sync the sound bar with the tv, you can’t access the bass independently… at least I didn’t see it. However I was able to address it via the app.

Yeah, i mentioned in the video about this problem, not all standard cable will fit to this device. You can search for “slim optical cable” in amazon. I also search for it and found one. 30M Black Digital Fiber Optical Audio SPDIF TosLink Cable a.co/d/9ekAPmy

I may have misspoke, the power cord for the sound bar, I have an optical cord that fits but can’t seem to find a correct power cord 🤦🏻‍♀️

Rear speakers are not wireless but using the rear kit, you dont need to run the wire through wall from the source. The subwoofer is wireless. The soundbar, you can use Bluetooth but won’t get good sound. Thanks for watching my video. Please like share and subscribe!!!

Yes. It comes with rear speakers kit. This kit is wirelessly connected to the soundbar. So you put that kit at the back of the room and then connect the mini speakers to that kit using wire. The two mini speakers are not wireless they connect to the kit with wire.

You always have to connect them with the wire all the time to the wireless device, you cannot connect them without wire

Both the rear speakers are same, but the kit has left and right connecting points. Based on which one is connected to what ever point, you should keep that speaker on that side. Thanks for your question. Please like share and subscribe.

Hi, no. It doesn’t have transmitter. Its only receives Bluetooth signal. For your problem you can check in amazon for Bluetooth transmitter, you find lots of price starting from $10. Thanks for watching my video, please Like Share & Subscribe!!!

No, you need to turn on the soundbar 1st then power on the woofer. It will connect automatically. If its not connected, try unplugging everything and then start with soundbar 1st, then woofer. Thanks for watching my video. Please like, Share and Subscribe!!!

@@RoysWorkThe subwoofer does connect and the 'green light' is solid but, there is no sound from the subwoofer.

Test with high volume, also you can increase woofer only volume using remote.

Its for packaging purposes. Nothing was inside.
