LG direct drive washing machines are quiet ,smooth running and reasonable quality. This by comparison is noisy and seems to be a budget price vacuum. On the plus side it's probably quite rare so maybe worth keeping.

I'm convinced they make the attachments so small/ unusable in order to sell the better attachments separately. I've a small bagged fuller brush canister. It works great for my purposes and since they gave me the better attachment from the riccar for no extra cost (along with extra $20 off sale price) I can't complain much. I don't expect it to last like a higher end model but I also do keep it maintained. Time will tell but I'm not about to spend over $1k on any vacuum to get into that "premium" echelon.

Japanese plugs are basically the same as US plugs but iirc used to use a screw post for the earth connection but 3 pin plugs similar to American ones are recommended/required now, they use 110v slightly lower voltage than the USA. Weirdly they also have both 50 and 60hz supplies dependant on location. China uses a mixture of 3 pin Australian style sockets and American 2 pin style for unearthed appliances, the voltage is 220v 50Hz

I’ve seen a fair few adverts featuring LG cordless vacuums; A cheaper alternative to Dysons offerings. They compared it to a jet, which the featured vacuum here certainly makes a loud statement.
