I'm so glad to see your machine had no dents in the back. I had a problem with LG's and having dents in the back aluminium cover from the way they clamp the boxes in the factory. My LG is made in Poland and I know they switched to shrink wrapping like other manufacturers and the dents dont occur on those. I saw on another channel Hogwash, where he unpackaged the non 360 version with the clear door and noticed that one had a dent on the back but his 360 version didn't and they came from the same factory! It seems only a few get dented at the back. I hope you are enjoying this machine.
@@TheWashHouseI think I would, we've just had our second WEG665 written off in 3 years. First one the counter weight bolt sheared off mid spin and demolished the side of the machine and the kitchen unit next to it (This is also after it had a recall for faulty springs and shocks). The second (Replacement provided by Miele) had a Twindos leak in the sump which corroded the wiring loom for the pump and rotted the base out. At this stage, I'd take a LG any day of the week if it avoided the neverending hassle and inconvenience that having a W1 has given us!
My parents got this and are in another country since am not there I need to talk them through . Can they use it immediately or do they need to go through all these cycles . If yes what steps

Hi. Are you happy with this machine? I am thinking of getting one next week. I don't know why but I am worried that at some point, the jets will stop working. How does the "Download Cycle" option work? Once I download some programs via the app - how do I select them afterwards? Do I need each time to use my phone and select one of the download programs or are they going to be saved on the machine? Thank you. Damian
Hey! Thanks for your comment. It’s a fun machine, there are some quirks with it I will say. The Download cycles are just preset variations of the standard cycles and aren’t really any different. You have to manually change it on the app, if you want to change it you’ll need to do it in the app. The jets are good but they can over foam on high pressure so it cavitates. In my opinion for the same amount of money the Siemens powerSpeed/Bosch 4D range are better if it’s going to be your only machine.

The thing is, I saw on your videos that the door on the Siemens one is a bit shaky when spinning starts compered to other machines. Is it really noticeable? I mean, does this happen often? You’re very welcome. The door will on occasion vibrate if it’s spinning, but that’s probably more to do with the uneven floor in the laundry cupboard rather than the machine itself. Either way the Siemens is still a lot smoother and quieter on out of balance loads

Hi thanks for the video. I just purchased a new LG washing machine. Very similar to yours. The dialer that turns my one does not light up. I have no idea what I have turned it on. There is no arrow or light. Do you have any ideas why this may be
La posseggo da anni una da 15 kg x lavare piumoni e piunini o grandi carichi un ottima marca e come lavaggi il top.x il nosrro matrimonio ce stata regalata un lg da 8kg e sempre andata bene da notare che di lavatrici ne faccio tante ,ma curo anche le lavatrici con i prodotti giusti,poi un giorno non scaricava l'acqua ma tirava sempre acqua,una telefonata e la dianosi la scheda 150 euro +lavoro o deciso di regalarla e ne o comperata un 'altra un ottima marca ma non lg Buongiorno
