I have to agree...the clothes in a front loader have to tumble in order to effectively clean. The clothes in this washer are gliding on a pool of water not really doing much of anything.
Actually, it's good when they don't tumbled for some short moments, because they get scrubbed more intensively. It's intended to happen, not a design flaw.
I see you swapped the dryers door hinge, is the door closes tightly ? I saw many complains about 6500 model the door having a large gap after swapping the sides of the door so I canceled that model and purchased 5500 instead.
Hi - you have had this washing machine for several months now. What do you think of it? Do you have issues with spinning? Do clothes come out clean all the time? What washer did you have before this one and how does it compare to it? I own a GE GFW650 and I am not happy at all with it (spinning, noise, and washing performance) and I am eyeing this LG WM6700 model. Thank your for all the videos!
Hi! I guess once in every 2 weeks. Depends on how many wash. Since we bought this washer last June 2023, we haven't buy any detergent and softener. It will run out soon.

Did you go with the 6700 due to the extra feature of the auto detergent dispenser? I purchased the 5500 and awaiting our contractor to finish so we can have the set installed w/pedestals… but I may change the order to the 6700?? Appreciate any feedback you care to share.
