If your machine is only there months old then, you machine is in full warranty. Just call the LG customer care number and register the complaint now, LG technicians will come and fix the problem free of cost. All Services are completely free for this washing machine for one year.

My washing machine is hot and cold option having the same problem .In cold option it was not working and changing to hot option it was working .Then I tried to clean and swap the value but still the cold option water inlet was not working and hot water option is working. NOW THE PROBLEM IS NOT IN THE VALUE AND IDEA WHAT WILL BE THE ISSUE

Here the cold valve is faulty, here the solenoid coil of the cold valve is weak as we mostly use cold water for rinsing, and washing, so the cold valve assembly have to do more work and due to this reason it becomes weak overtime.

Ha, abhi in logo ne price kafi increase kar diya hai. Itna jyada paisa le rahe hai ye log. LG ke service parts ki quality bhi utni aachi nahi hoti hai, original parts ke comparison me. Maine to amazon se ye wala valve mangaya hai is bar sirf 300 ke under ka hai, aur 6 months se sahi chal raha hai. Bas aapko ise lagate waqt thoda dimag lagana hoga, kyuki is valve me thoda extra plastic hai aur machine ka bhi thoda plastic katna hoga. Hi, after removing 2 screws can we pull the plastic cover and open the back cover. Why I am asking is it so tight for me to open the back piece cover in my machine (same model lg wash machine) where solenoid valve is there. I need to clean it by removing it. Pls advice.

No, you don't have to pull it force fully. There is a way of removing it, You have to pull the back cover from behind just about 1 cm after removing screws. And then punch the cover lightly from behind to detach the locks. The cover have plastic type locks in the front portion which is very hard and not accessible easily. And they detach by pushing in front direction not by pulling up. So pull slightly up from behind and the punch from behind towards front to unlock the front locks.

ise hataane ka ek tareeka hai, aapako screw hataane ke baad piche se back cover ko lagabhag 1 cm upar kheenchna hoga, aur phir lock ko alag karane ke liye cover ko piche se halke se mukka marna hoga, piche se aage ke taraf. Cover ke aage vaale hisse mein plastic ka lock hota hain jo bahut shakth hota hain aur aasaanee se nahin khul paate. isalie peechhe se thoda upar kheenchen aur saamne ke lock ko kholnr ke liye, piche screw ke just upar dono sides me piche se aage ke taraf mukka mare jyada force nahi lagana hai medium punch se kam ho jayega✊️👊🤛. 🙂 subscribe

The filter given on the back of the machine should be blocked. Open the pipe and pull out the filter with the help of a screwdriver and clean the filter properly.

Agar tap on karte hi pani aana suru ho jata hai, aur machine band hone pe bhi pani aa raha hai to fir valve me hi problem aa gaya hai, ya to valve me kuch fas gaya hoga ya fir valve ka spring toot gaya hoga. Aap ek bar valve ko khol ke dekh legiye. 🙂 subscribe

There is a screw given near side of valve unscrew that and then a wire is also given there with positive and negative terminal remember that position and remove the cable which is removable. Now remove the tube attached with valve and attach new value with tube, then attach wires and screw it to place. Done. Sorry can't made video on that now because my machine is working fine now and I don't want to open that.

Complaint again as the new valve comes with 3 months warranty. You don't have to pay any money for repairs upto 3 months. So, call the technician again and ask him to repair it properly and take new screws from him.

If it was working fine since 1 year then you have to check the tap to verify the pressure. Remove the screw connector of machine from the tap and check the pressure, it should be adequate so that the water can flow easily from the pipe to the value. Low pressure results in overheating of valve and IE error comes. If pressure is low now then contact a plumber sometimes pipe gets blocked near bends due to soil in ground water and pressure drops in tap. He will check in the pipes and give solution.

If water pressure is ok then there may be some problem in the PCB, sometimes PCB cuts power in between due to failed transistors or capacitors and is not able to turn on valve for long time, that's why IE error comes. It happens in very rare case. Did the technician checked the PCB? as in most cases they didn't check the PCB.

First remove the pipe from washing machine. Then remove the metal lock near the end of pipe by losening it the help of a screw driver and then remove the pipe from plastic connector. Then cut the pipe and refix it to the plastic connector. Buy a pipe clamp from market which is available for 10 rupees. And tight the connector end with it. Like this amzn.to/3Ro82SU 🙂 subscribe

If it is not taking water after changing the valve then there must be some fault in the PCB, which is very difficult to repair by self. You have to get it checked by LG technician.

Waha ek screw diya gaya hai use unscrew karne ke bad valve or transparent pipe assembly bahar aa jayega. Phir aap pipe aur valve ko ghuma kar bahar kheech sakte hai aisa karne se valve aur pipe dono alag ho jate hai.

आप screw को खोलने के बाद पीछे से screw के थोड़े ऊपर से आगे की तरफ मुक्का मारे ढक्कन को पीछे से थोड़ा ऊपर उठा के ऐसा करने से आगे से ढक्कन खुल जाएगा। पीछे दोनों साइड से मुक्का मारना होगा। असल में आगे की तरफ दो प्लास्टिक के लॉक लगे हुए है। जिस वजह से ये खुल नहीं रहा है, पीछे से मुक्का मरने पर खुल जाएगा ।

There is some problem with your water level sensor, and machine is not able to detect water level correctly. Try lowering the water level in tank by removing water with the help of mug. If that doesn't fix the problem call customer care and register complaint. 🙂 subscribe

Ha, ise kholna thoda tricky hai. Piche me screws diye gaye hai aur aage glass ke side me 4 plastic ke locks hai jo dikhte nahi hai. Aap agar piche se screw kholne ke bad housing halka upar utha ke piche se hi pannel ko 👊✊ mukka marenge to ye locks bhi aage se khul jayenge. Aap pannel ko halka utha ke torch se under aage dekh sakte hai aapko chote chote locks dikhenge.

Machine ke under bas filter aur valve hi block hota hai kyuki unko pass karke aur kuch under nahi ja sakta hai. Ye ho sakte hai, ki aapne jo tap lagaya hai wo block ho ya fir tap se connected pipe block ho aur use aap easily check kar sakte hai. Par uske alawa under se kuch aur block nahi ho sakta. Boond boond pani aane ka main reason faulty solenoid valve hi hota hai maximum cases me.

Agar water supply me kuch problem nahi hai to fir valve me hi problem ho sakta hai, ho sakta hai ki valve ka coil weak ho raha hai isliye kabhi kabhi work nahi kar raha hai. Abhi valve kuch time aur chalega, jab completely dead ho jaye to fir aap ise change kara legiyega.

Pani ke liye aap piche wale filter ko check kegiye. Aur agar filter saf hai aur phir bhi pani nahi aa raha hai aur khud hi machine spon ksr raha hai to aapke machine ke PCB me kuch problem hoga. Aap customer care se bat karke technician ko bula ke check kara sakte hai.

Ha, wo plastic pannel jaldi nahi khulta hai, aap screws nikalne ke bad piche se pannel ko utha ke halka sa 👊 punch mariye aage ki taraf to pannel open ho jayega. Piche to screw hai aur aage plastic ke locks lage hue hai joki piche se aage marne pe khul jate hai, thoda jor se marna hoga. Subscribe 🙂

Do you have checked the drain pipe, water must be going out through drain pipe. Sometimes the drain pipe closing unit gets jammed and it doesn't close properly. So, water doesn't fills in the tub.

Ha, compartment ke aage plastic ke locks lage hue hai, aapko ise piche se halka bahar kheech ke upar kartna hoga, Aur phir piche se hi aage ki taraf force apply karna hoga aap mukka👊👊✊ bhi mar sakte hai halke force se, phir ye compartment khul jayega. Aajkal sabhi plastic ke body me locks rahte hai.

Pehle aap piche Wale inlet filter ko aache se saf karke dekhiye, aur inlet pipe ko bhi check kegiye ki wo blocked to nahi hai. Agar filter saf hai aur phir bhi pani nahi aa raha hai to valve hi change karana hoga.
