@tonimilic2322 as you said it depends on how good Shi Zhiyong would do and on how good Li Dayin would do in Thailand. Don't forget that Li has the best total in the 89 kilo category and he has only competed on 2 games if I'm not mistaken. In the first one he set the Snatch and Total world record and in the second he injured his thumb and he still got 2nd

It isn't, and shouldn't be something you should actively try and emulate. Midfoot balance is what you should be aiming for through the whole movement. Having said that, sometimes due to anatomy or limitations it may happen, and if it's not causing issues in your squat, then it's not the worst thing in the world. Just keep training and squatting and you will improve
