What is Lifi ?
LiFi is a wireless optical networking technology. Specifically, it is a form of visible light communications (VLC) system that makes use of light-emitting diodes (LED) for data transmission.
Another big advantage of LiFi is that the usage of light allows LiFi connections to occur almost instantaneously because light travels at extremely fast speeds. This results in faster transmission of data and faster internet connections - about 1000 times faster than speeds achievable by WiFi.
It uses common household LED light bulbs to enable data transfer, boasting speeds of up to 224 GB per second.

What is the black rectangle you connected the wires to? Where do u get this? N does this work to connect to the internet and look up information?

The rectangular thing is a mini size solar panel. It is just a prototype. It can be used to transfer internet in future.

@homeinventions oh OK so basically say when you hook up wires like so will you need an additional power source? Like similar if you had a router n a modem. Because how I am looking at this the Lil solar panel provides the power to connect the little light. But how would you transmit or connect to the internet? Do your devices start working with the internet like normal? However instead just using light. So the old internet uses all that radiowaves or whatever it uses that's killing n harming many an the environment. But is there a whole other operating system or whatever for your devices for the use of lifi? Just wondering because I'm seriously looking into something in the near future. N I want to be able to use it off grid as well. Thank you for your response and time. I appreciate it. I know I'm not technically smart with anything electronic so please forgive me.
