Awesome, simple clear instruction, well presented, and I love the “use you imagination” People can drill all day and get nowhere, put some personality in there and off you go 👍 I enjoyed the “don’t be to nice” That’s how we used to train years ago. Cracking training there for some lucky people

I recently started training Muay Thai & I constantly watch your videos & highlights of your fights to try & improve my arsenal. I learn a lot from your videos so I can only imagine how fortunate everyone who attends your seminars must be to learn from you in person. I used the low kick fake, left hook into a low kick on one of my training partners yesterday. 😁😁

Crazy I used to train with Mick Zamattes in the late 80s early 90s who coached Richard Smith ( trained a bit with Rich ) I you can see Mick style right thru that Lineage, Liam your style is just like Mick he was so explosive
