@@OmegaRejectz I don't believe the public needs to know that when was younger he was looking to kill black people on the street. He especially didn't need it getting out to the public as it did, in a very shaky audio recording that almost sounded like he was being secretly recorded. He obviously didn't even put any thought into what he said, he could have presented it in a much more positive manner.
@@pauljackson2409 Nice false equivalence. I suppose if you had a close friend raped, you wouldn't want any justice. See how stupid it sounds? That's how you sound.
What he really needs to do is a google maps voice so instead of Siri being disappointed in that turn I missed it’s Liam telling me it’s okay, we’ll find that exit no matter where it hides.
Lord Immortallix I feel like you and I saw the same interview and was interested to see this comment section, I haven't found anyone screaming about it yet surprisingly sadly...
Agreed, with the way things are due to media, news, tv and film in the past every single person on the planet has been bigots or racist at one point in their lives due to how P.C everything is now and if everyone opened up we would see just how clean everyone is not! That’s the point he was trying to make in his 2nd interview
Countries To Go ok so basically what happened was his friend got r*ped by a black man and Liam neeson went round saying that whenever he saw a black dude he wanted to beat them up
@@mihailouric120 his friend got raped by an black man, like 30 years ago (when racism was common and acceptable) so naturally he reacted negatively and said he wanted to kill a black person for what another black person did. He went on a week thinking this, then realised the error of his ways and saught therapy to calm down. He apologized for what he said but people are blowing it out of proportion and out of context.
J M Straight up. At what point did he say it was ok to kill a black person? He didn’t. He admitted guilt and came clean. He encouraged people to open up when the experience feelings of rage and vengeance. He’s not a racist, he’s a human being who overreacted to something horrible that happened to him 40 years ago. It seems to me people have forgotten to forgive these days
@Red Pill Red Pill He isn't a hero, but he is repentant guy that deserves to forgiven. You can't destroy people's lives for the things they thought of doing when they were kids.
He didn’t do anything violent to a black man. Don’t get me wrong he had the thought, but he didn’t act on it and I believe he genuinely feels bad for it and has tried to reconcile his actions. Sadly, George Orwell’s 1984 is coming true, people are now being punished for thought crime.
I feel at this point society is over. People are too stupid to realise how stupid they are. They’ll say one thing but then completely contradict themselves and can’t understand why. How can you be against someone who confessed to a phase of hatred he had for a race and despised his younger self for doing so....isn’t that what these activists push for! For change??? Or by change do they mean ‘lynch anyone that has ever publicly had a bad thought’ I feel it’s time for an asteroid to reset our stupid race.
@@joshtowse4410 He is Irish. There are many Sasanach protestant traitors living in Northern-Ireland who like to suck up to the Queen. Neeson is Catholic and therefore Irish.
I feel like the people condemning him must be children, let's face it, we've all done something we are now ashamed off, only difference is he admitted it to the whole world
I love how he could’ve just kept quiet but he actually admitted it and this is the treatment he gets for it, just makes everyone not want to be honest ever
Ryikage exactly, he did the right thing and admitted that he did something wrong, hopefully being a cautionary tale aswell that emotions can take over and you have to watch yourself and be careful
Ryikage I actually respect him more for sharing it. He has more balls than anyone attacking him , being able to admit ones wrongs is a very hard thing to do, and even more when you are a celebrity and the whole world is watching.
Maybe if the villain was played by Roger Moore or Pierce Brosnan. Daniel Craig's run as Bond has raised the bar too high with regard to physicality for most men over 45-50 years old to play him which is another reason why Craig didn't actually want to do another Bond film. Craig is 50 now, Liam (and I love him) is 66. He'd make a badass M, though.
I mean if I was him I probably would have done the same thing cause he was in a fit of rage any sane person would get uncontrollable angry now what you would do after is different with every person
@@smarrkidd5538 the whole point of his story was that it was an unexpected irrational fit of rage that shouldn't be replicated or justified. Comments like yours is just unmasking the hatred you already know you carry.
@@unknownusername5111 bro that was deep but I mean I dont really hate colored people since I am one I'm just saying what I think he felt and what i would feel and probably do it don't matter what skin color. But my interpretation could be wrong I'm not perfect
Quietly strong and confident and it was horrible what happened to his wife but watching him keep going should give people going through grief some hope. Big fan of him!
It's a double play. He calls himself Actually Liam Neeson, because no one would think that the actual Liam Neeson would actually call himself Actually Liam Neeson on the interwebz. Edit: Added an actually, and tried to make it more confusing to make my point clearer.
I recall during the filming of the Phantom Menace when he was pracitcing the duel with Ray Park (Darth Maul), who is a smaller guy. Liam to ask Ray to change his stance, which I think was Wushu for that sequence, because he was swinging way to low for Liam to even block xD
@@kkandsims4612 Yeah. He might be the type that goes out there and does cool stuff, and can be strong, but has a little self doubt. Idk. And where is Neeson's sense of humor I keep hearing about? I looked into it, and not RU-vid nor Google had anything on those qualities. I want to hear him tell jokes.😁😁
@@johnkennedy3782 What about Christian Bale, Javier Bardem, Anthony Hopkins, Leonardo Di Caprio, Samuel L Jackson, Morgan Freeman, Johnny Depp, Clint Eastwood, Bruce Willis, Jack Nicholson, Christopher Lee, Heath Ledger, Brad Pitt, Christoph Waltz, Jamie Foxx, Hugh Jackman, Harrison Ford, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Tom Hardy, Josh Brolin
This gentleman is one of my favourite actors he plays a brilliant role in all his movies Nobody will ever replace you ! Keep acting till you drop Liam keep up your great inspiration and encouragement to others
I don’t blame Liam Neeson for not being on social media at all. I keep getting thousands of scammers pretending to be him. Liam deserves a private life.
Well done for being brave enough to share your dark younger thoughts to the world. It helped make you a better, stronger person and I think with more thoughtfulness, listening and understanding the world could be a vastly better place to live in.
