This is incredible. I love the design that you keep the tempered glass on the side and put the distro plate on the back. I'm an OCD so if the distro plate is about the same height as the case to cover all the space, that's great

This is a really incredible build. The tubing runs you ran to the distribution plate especially. Also your trick to keep the GPU from sagging is seamless. Just one opinion, I would suggest is for the flow sensor wire to be tucked behind and then back around for a cleaner look. That's just nitpick really. Congratulations overall.

Actually he didint. all that does is creat little bubbles in between the cpu and plate when he presses it on. To much. Just put a little bead of paste and put the plate down. No need for all that.

I did the same with the thermal paste as well! I squeeze it onto my CPU and then spread it evenly covering the entire surface with a butter knife.

doesn't the thermal paste spread out , if you paste the entire cpu will it overspill onto the board ? Most build videos i watch show just putting a pea size amount in the center or a X pattern

looks like the vertical mount from Lian Li, and yes that's the G1 distribution plate from EK

Yah it's the o11 D distro plate which imo looks bad in the xl version of this case when you can get the o11 XL distro plate for front or side

What temps did you get on this? I putting a build together with the supreme x and it has a active back plate. I'm debating if I double fan the bottom or stick a thicker rad in.

No need to use those tools to add Thermal paste. It looks fancy and all putting it on like that but all yer doing is creating tiny micro pockets between the CPU and your plate when you finally press it down onto the the CPU surface. just put a bead of thermal there and be done with it. The build his fucking fantastic though. Superb work on this PC.

a quick question if anyone can answer, the liquid is been cooled by top radiator, isn't that supposed to be for hot air exhaust, just saying isn't the liquid cooling radiator getting hot air. P.S. Newbie here trying to learn stuff so I can DIY my setup

It does exhaust hot air in fact, but its not really an issue. And also, there is also a bottom Radiator cooling

How did you get the 3x8 Pin on the 3090 Ti Suprim X?! Mine is delivered with a adapter for 3 8 pin PSU cables ending in a 12(?) Pin cable fitting for the Suprim X. Is it different because of the watercooled version?

tbh..custom watercooling is mainly for looks these days, it might be a few degrees cooler but nothing to justify the cost. This is just a vanity project for people who like looking at plumbing.
