Her songs make me think I'm listening to clouds moving, cotton candy forming, rain in the tropics, slicing a perfect avocado, touching a very soft pillow, you know, stuff like that...
@@nancydrew5 it’s like not as many people know of her as they should! she’s probably super popular in the UK i believe, but not so much in other countries. she’s so talented, she deserves all the recognition 😭
@@kaelynkelly7133 that's not what underrated means - why do so many people misuse this word? Think the word you're looking would be something like underexposed? The critics love her + she frequently gets nominated for awards + she has a devoted fan base: she isn't underrated.
Yes I found her just under 2 years ago.. i listen to her a lot! she is out there but shes humble and talented.. that doesn't need promotion. She will come into your life when you need her xx I was lucky to pay for her live stream from The Roundhouse few moths ago. I went on her website as I wanted to buy a CD from her and not amazon, And the live stream was coming up soon included her CD : ) XX ENJOY X
idk pinklemonsocks ifeelit but wow --- that's like pushing magnets together - you feel that force in your hand -- we cant' handle that in our ear --- but i like that you put that idea out in the world ---
"Cry and pray, all night and day" this feels like me right now. Beautiful artistry from Lianne as usual, best at home performance so far this year. Please support viewers, her albums deserve the recognition.
I am incredibly curious about what music those 17 people who gave this a thumbs down actually like? If it doesn't have rapping at 1200 words per minute, it sucks? Or, guitars have to be playing overdriven blues-rock or shredding licks, or it is mediocre and bores them? Just wondering where this falls short in their view. If it is not one's taste, that doesn't mean that it is poor. For me, this excels in a half a dozen ways, as does the majority of what she does that I have heard. Jaw-droppingly good, and all the more remarkable for her consistency.
Your music has been accompanying me for seven or eight years now and I'm pretty convinced I got through some tough times only thanks to you Lianne. Right now is such a time.. Please please never stop, I'm so thankful for you 💜💜💜 an forgive me, I have my moon in cancer lol
This woman is amazing, her way of playing the guitar, her smooth voice, the chords she uses, such a talented artist that should get more attention. I am very happy that I found her some years ago and that my generation can do more than Katey Perry, Lady Gaga & Co.
I came across Lianne's music from an acoustic playlist on Deezer and man I bless that day. I've been hooked to her songs "Seven Times" and "Bittersweet" ever since and now to watch an actual video of her performing whoo chile her every word melts me like butter coupled with her magnificent guitar playing skills omg I'm ready to go on bread 🍞
My son introduced me to this artist. I was slow to catch on but she grew on me quickly. What an incredibly gifted guitarist and vocalist. I'm surprised I had never known of her before recently.
Thank you for blessing us with this. This performance, specifically, brought me so much comfort during the panda zoo period we were in 4 years ago. Such a beautiful video.
I’m a fan from China, I did translate Lianne’s song lyrics to Chinese on domestic mainstream musical App to get more people indulged in her angelic voice. I tried to get those lyrics poetic and aesthetically :D
Less is more, out of the question Despite this 3rd album being undoubtly underproduced, still SEVEN TIMES sounds better unplugged...The purity of her voice and her guitar is enough
Agree that it sounds underproduced, but feels like she strived for minimalism rather than a well-rounded approach. It adds some special flavor to it, though.
Aside from the mix on seven times being a bit boxed, her self titled album is produced perfectly IMO. I get lost in the builds everytime. The replay value is through the roof for me, a testament to a well produced project.
