Libby has been spreading lies about Sabrina and Jenny, but a little help from some truth sprinkles puts a stop to that! #SabrinaTheTeenageWitch I Stream now on Paramount+
@@kou7191 Melissa Joan Hart said that they let her go cuz they wanted Sabrina to have an ethnic best friend moving forward even though they didn’t really act upon it till Season 4 with Dreama
I actually saw Jenna Leigh Green (Libby) on stage in Wicked. She was Nessarose and as soon as I saw her, I thought: “Is that Libby from Sabrina? It is!”
She originated the role of Ivy in Bare a Pop Opera too, she was fantastic in that, she was even the longest serving of the original cast too long enough to make it to the propper cast album in 2008. She's brilliant in it.
Allow me to create a new canon for you: In the episode where they all go on a class trip to Salem, during the trial when Libby accused Sabrina of being a witch, Sabrina yells “Libby the only witch here is YOU!” And accidentally points and zaps… but nothing seemingly happens… Plot Twist: that seemingly harmless zap directed at Libby created an alternate Universe where Libby was in fact the witch… The Wicked Witch of the East, that is 😈
I loved how you could definitely tell he had a thing for sabrina and never for anyone else, really. Obviously, as a bystander, you can see it. But when you're the one, you can't necessarily see it all the time lol
I want a spin-off of Sabrina with her and Harvey's daughter. Maybe instead of living in the human world, Sabrina and her family could live in the other realm and have her daughter adjusting to life living in the other realm with a half-human family. Or maybe she could think she has no powers in the beginning but then later develop them. Just throwing random ideas out there since it would be interesting to watch an average teenager living among nothing but magical creatures believing they had none and then later realizing they have powers too. There could be a little brother too and Salem could live with them also.
@Dalila Garcia I didn't like it either. It started off ok but just got more and more ridiculous. I like that they brought back the original aunts for a bit too but I didn't really like the episode itself.
@@karmenrosebush That wasn’t a spin-off or a remake. It was inspired by the darker modern YA version of the comics (whereas this one was inspired by the old Harvey comics from back in the day). Both come from the same source (the old Harvey comics) but they’re unrelated.
I remember watching this after Yugioh on WB. It was very entertaining and I just enjoyed watching Sabrina get in trouble with all the silliness of the Magic ✨ She is a great lead character because she feels so real and her family is very supportive. I always loved that about the show
I can relate to Harvey on the Home Ec comment. All the guys on our football team took the Foods and Nutrition Home Ec class at my high school. Shoot just simply all the guys in the high school took that class. Why? Because it was the only the Home Ec class where he could cook and eat free food.
Now imagine if you got your hands on those sprinkles and spiked the food of a major political lunch with them. A maelstrom of “Does Not Compute” talk is imminent along with the explosions on RU-vid.
And I thought the Cookie Jar from the Animated Series will get Sabrina in trouble, but this one will surely going to get worse the moment she talk it to Salem
I’d hate to break the immersion but how tf did they make a cake in a single class period 🥴 EDIT (03/09/24): I’m sorry. I took my former schooling(early 2010s) experience and applied it to the 90s. I forgot how drastic school changed due to the bush administration when they began cutting out elective courses for more stem aligned courses
@FlyingMonkies325 I can't speak for other places but for my district we had 6/7 classes about 45 minutes each. I shouldn't have assumed that was the norm for everyone let alone that this show from over two decades ago would match my 2010- 2014 experience
Well at least Libby wasn’t super rude to Sabrina once she had the truth sprinkles. Maybe she didn’t really hate her after all or surely she would have said so.
I recently rewatched the movie and I think I preferred Harvey from that. Yes, did he fill the ‘pining’ boy, sure, but he was nice, did things for her, and they actually had things in common. I think with exploration it’d be better than what they did here with making him an oblivious jock with a heart of gold.
Since harvey is fully human and sabrina is half, their daughter is 3/4 human.so they wouldn't be allowed to live in the other realm.and most likely she wouldn't have any powers at all or very little at most.so that would be a fact.
The home ec teacher gave the cake SHE made to the other teachers (after putting sprinkles on it). Sabrina only gave a slice of hers to Libby, then Jen after
