What is up with all these "BONUSES " from all these government companies? Is that not more Taxpayers money being blown out the door? Why should they get "BONUSES " when every day people who actually work and work hard get nothing in return.

They are only interested in how much money they can line their own pockets with and claim they can't tell you how they do it because it would be a national safety threat to their empire if they disclose how they extort the money from unintelligent citizens.
