It helps children and adults to get in touch with feelings of self love and to not take ourselves an life so serious... Just try it... It works!

Just got certified as Laughter Yoga Leader with Alexa Fong Drubay here in the Philadelphia area. I have always loved laughter, having grown up in a family where it was as overflowing as affection. A really goofy family who needed no reason to laugh. I have noticed that in the past week, I have intentionally engaged in a laughter practice. My breathing has improved (was diagnosed with asthma at 4) and I have more stamina. In my sometimes stressful work as a therapist, I have found that laughter has helped me to remain sane and vertical. I am eager to share this with as many people as I can. Thank you, Celeste for doing your part to share the laughter and the love.

Hi lovely Celeste! I loved your wonderful speech and sharing briefly your story... I so enjoyed it :) It always seems that a contrast or a combination of many contrasts causes people to tend to change their way of living. That's also the case for me, too :) And it's so amazing that the Laws of the Universe guide us to take the clear and easy path of least resistance to achieve the satisfaction that we are looking for. And I wanna say that finding you is one of the evidences that these Laws work perfectly!
