Libs are such amazing anti air when you get enough of them, I melted a clump of vikings one time after getting all my bc's killed and my gold league peer rage quit even though I had no idea how to actually kill him with a bunch of libs xD
Libs are becoming one of my favorite units in the game. In dia 3 so many players still stand and fight under the zone and you can see their army just get whittled down
So many defeatist whiners in the sc2 community 🤣 “blah blah Terran OP!!” “Blah blah but Ghosts!” “Terran are favorites!” When you probably don’t even spend your resources in a match when you play or macro properly 😂
I had a game where my opponent played BC and mass lib. I was playing hydras all game, but after I lost my army I remaxed on corruptors to counter. I totally forgot that lib's anti-air attack had splash so I went in bunched up and lost 19 corruptors to one volley.
Yeahhh that was amazing & awesome vs the Zerg, all the builds from start to the end and the composition of your sky army! :D Hope to see more of this builds in a near future more often, what a JOY! :D Thank you Marc! :) I wish you an fantastical sunny day! BR AN.
One time I played a game of tvz where my opponent went mass muta, and I responded with Thor/liberator due to splash and liberators high ground damage. I’m kind of surprised he didn’t gg when he lost roughly 80 supply in about 2 seconds. I didn’t even see the engagement, when I looked over there was just one lone mutalisk, with a bit of blood from the dead mutas, so I played as if he still had his mutas, which he didn’t. I ended up winning
I would love for you to do a 'grandmaster to bronze' series, where you lose each match, but try and point out the mistakes they and you (intentionally) make
Speaking as a fellow degenerate... 14 libs is the magic number vs zerg, and going for +3/+0 asap is better than going for armour upgrades due to splash :D Mass +3 lib also shreds voids / tempests pretty nicely
Probably because these are just stream cuts with a little edit, while 1st channel has specifically registered videos. And he prob is on stormgate developing rn.
Actually GM to bronze sounds entertaining. The rules would be that once you scout what your opponent is doing, you immediately have to transition into a build that is bad against what they have, but you still have to try to win. It would be interesting to see what MMR good micro and tactics become more important than builds.
Please try GM to Bronze ! Even if you AFK'd for the first 5 minutes of every game, and only allowed tier-1 units, you'd really struggle to end up in bronze
Uthermal (probably joking), @11:22 : ... Spores obviously I can not kill, that probably should be fixed. Did you imagine that Liberators shoot at buildings, that would be freaking insane? Me remembering: Long, long ago, Libs (IIRC in WoL) could shoot buildings in siegemode. But it got nerfed pretty quickly because besieging the minerals was too efficient, especially with rushed Libs, DPS was too high. Was a fair nerf. Me also asking: Did Uthermal really didn't know/remember? Sadly I will never know.
it was pain for me as zerg player watching this.Libs are so imba, and it's so frustrating to play against this "strategy", so Im very happy that I stopped playing SC2 at all. Nothing but sadness and madness SC2 brings to my life, and I hope it will die ASAP, and people will spend their nerves and energy on something real important, but not on this game developers bugs and issues
@@alexinAtoRudakov Ragebait/engagement bait. Coming on to a Sc2 pros channels and trashing Sc2 as bad is some serious clown shit designed to get someone to flame you.
Really tho using Nova's Liberators in coop is so satisfying, it would be sick to have the ability to target buildings and make them transform instantly with upgrades.
Respect to Cellsidus. First of all for staying in the game for so long, being tortured. And secondly for being well-mannered when finally surrendering. 🫡
