I saw them live in Georgia and it was a life changing experience. I live in Scotland now for studies and I'm trying to attend their show in Paris next year. One of the best things I could ever do with my time and money. Thank you all for all that you do. :-)
I saw this show live in Sydney. This was a very good rendition though it was slightly off in the fact that in the original the choir is louder than the instruments, but not so here.
@@freespace2dotcom this is absolutely the thing. They have pick-up mics here and definitely amplified them, but nevertheless I think to get that overwhelming sound (think Duel of the Fates) you'd have to at least double the size or ideally triple the size of the chorus here.
I know the people at Square Enix will not enjoy my words but no matter what they do whith the new chapters of Final Fantasy series they will never even scrath wath Final Fantasy Was! Without Sakaguhi and Uematsu all wath they do is just one more jrpg game... And this is very sad!
Were you at this particular concert? Firstly, this isn't a mix recording; someone has literally put a (shitty) mic somewhere in the venue (probably at a seat) and just recorded it. The live mix was probably a lot more vibrant from where the mix engineer was sat (most likely at the back in the middle to get the perfect sound). Seat location and microphone quality are the only negative factors here.
