Last box for me. I’ve used my credit to pre order the advent calendar and cancelled my subscription. I like the products this month but can no longer justify the £25 per month when I’m also subscribed to Glossybox and Look Fantastic plus purchasing the odd edit from ASOS, Next plus special editions.

I had written to liberty basically saying they need to get tougher with the buyers as in regards to giving us samples and trial sizes. Votary and Bruket have been good but the other brands need to get on board, especially needing more high end, such as eye creams and mini makeup. At the end of the day their products may just sell because of it. Sisley could have put in two samples or any other brand when they are only one use items. Hopefully this is the start of things getting better 😏 edit: Sisley not one use, my mistake

I loved this box. More please!! So many boxes and offers everywhere, they needed to up their game. I'm not purchasing the advent calendar as wasn't worth it for me so will spend my credit when there's a goody bag offer on. Love your videos. I watched the unboxing were you talked about the Quai body wash. Didn't realise this was the one! Even better box now! 😍

I wasn't impressed with advent calendar and don't like skin rocks moisturuzer, I thought liberty would up thir game after last year's advent calendar, so no - only thing I liked was the lip gloss tbh

I also thought this months box was really good. All the products were interesting, and a good size. I like the idea of being asked to trial liberty products and hope they expand on this. Shampoo and conditioner came just in time for a holiday too :)

The ouai product smells gorgeous, the Bondi Beach perfume is on the Liberty website so I think that's where I will be spending my voucher. My hair loved the shampoo and conditioner, I have tried it twice already, but it's expensive. Ended up with a very bloodshot eye the day after using the liberty eye mask, but that could just be me, as I have seasonal allergies and could be allergic to one of the ingredients.

The frustrating thing with the liberty eye mask is there isn’t really any instructions. Do we spread it on thickly or thinly? Is it just under eye, or the whole eye? Do we wide it off or let it sink in like a moisturiser?

@@azuregiant9258 I gave the eye mask to my sister, she applied it thinly to her dark circles and she said this has improved them. I only tried the product once due to the reaction, but I did notice some slight improvement to the dark circles under my eyes. I did not apply to the eye lid.

Do you get £20 credit each month to your account if you subscribe? Meaning you only pay £5 for the box each month or is this a one off ?

You pay £25 a month. £20 gets credited to your liberty account, and £5 is an “admin fee” The quarterly boxes are a perk of membership - or alternately you could look at them as a £15 mystery box. Hope that helps. Xxx

It’s not a free box when you have to pay 60 pounds a year. If paying for postage it would only be 20. I cancelled months ago because I don’t think much of it.

Being a subscriber, does this entitle you to free delivery on your beauty purchasers? Therefore, you can use £20 store credit exclusively on your beauty purchase. Thank you for your videos, very informative.

Eye mask needs to be applied fairly thickly imo. They haven't brought this out yet - I think they want us to do surveys and charge us an extra £5 for this privelige by the sounds of it. 🤔

its a nice box but if you take into account you are paying £5 extra a month you are paying £ 60 a year for the box

@@ruthiea729but when you didn’t have to pay that £60 at all before, it’s a £15 quarterly subscription box that you need to give Liberty £240 of your cash to ‘hold’ (and collect interest on) for no real reason. I did this for a full year since the very start and was often disappointed but told myself that at least the box was technically free. Then my voucher expired while caught up moving house and lost all the remaining cash deposited with them. They should just drop the membership fee at this point and do a straightforward subscription if that helps to purchase better items for the box.
